You may have noticed that at the end of some demonstrations I'm not doing much of anything, just standing there and watching, I apologize for that, an important part of a surgery is monitoring your patient and making sure nothing goes wrong for a while after the surgery, just a tip to make double sure everything's okay, things can go horribly wrong if you missed something.
amazing tutorial Just a little note from myself: watch out for hypoxemia cause that is usually the main cause of organ damage and if you leave it be for too long, you're going to have to suffer through symptoms caused by the organ damage Also, could you make another tutorial for cases where you can't reach the patient as soon as he gets injured? Like when hes been injured for a minute or so
I'll think about it, it's hard to find enough subjects to base an entire tutorial around that but I'll consider it, maybe as a demonstration on a UA-cam Short. And yes I agree, hypoxemia and sepsis are the two biggest organ killers, always keep extra oxygen in your room.
oh em gee you made a new one thank you! we just started a neurotrauma campaign and im the doctor its been so hard to save people but now we have an actual good guide thank you sm!
I certainly recommend starting with Neurotrauma Plus, it's largely a quality of life mod for Neurotrauma, making the Medic skill tree suited for Neurotrauma instead of the vanilla medical system. Remember the fork versions of Neurotrauma and Neurotrauma Plus I use are in the description, which I also recommend using.
You can sell organs to medical merchants, but only if the organ is at 90% hp or above, remember you can preserve organs in refrigerated cases and crates, and if you need a healthy organ to replace the one you want to sell, you can try swapping the damaged one out for a new one from a friend, organs only heal while inside someone's body.

I was blown up and shot for the good of this medical tutorial
Sacrifices had to be made
Thanks so much for this. It really helps! This mod is so fun, but so hard at times. Time for practice

After watching these tutorials, is it better to start with regular neurotrauma or neurotrauma plus?
