Julian/Drone View, thank you for a norther great video vlog! However, i think i know the best way to solve this flooding problem in "JAMAICA" when there's a rainstorm! What the Jamaican government need to do is to build more SANDY Gullys! One alone can't do, the "ISLAND" need at lease (14 to 15) Gullys across it's inside and then flows out to the sea! In each Parish in center of the flood zones there should be a big gully and all the road drains should lead to these Gullys and the Gully lead out to the Sea! Now these Gullys is going to be very expensive to build but it will worth, it yes it will eliminate the massive flooding problems across the Island when it rains hard! My opinion tells me that there's few Europeans' investors want to start up some industrial buildings and business in "Jamaica" but they are worrying about the draining system on the Island! Well, that's my opinion!!🌏🏞🏝🛣🟨🟩⬛👀
I understand what you are saying, but if my fellow Jamaicans don't stop throwing garbage, old stove , old fridge, etc, in the gullies, flooding will still exist.
