Not necessarily the CO2 gas runs out. You should also measure the LIVE input and output impedance. And each board has an NMI. Have read from the manufacturer that synrad tubes can last up to 50000 hours.

i have coherent C30 RF co2 tube , the laser start strong and after that get week , also when i press the switch , some time not respond in the fist time i need to press 2 time , do you have i deal about sutch problem ??? and what is the data cable wire number need to short circuit to test the tube direct ???

You can see manual operation of type tube. There are wiring diagram, how to operation stand alone of laser tube. So you have ready pwm signal kit
