I like how Opie’s premise is blown out before he even says it, when he’s saying that the news anchor is implying that it’s a hot young lady, when the news interview repeatedly says “he’s naked and he wants to be seen”. How is it they’re implying that it’s a chick, when they’ve already said it’s a dude?

But there's scammers left and right, people who will strong arm you for your canteen or even just prison food, someone that just make up tht u have disrespected them and fights on. You're never 100% at ease apart from sleeping (single cell haha). But yes, there is good times, laughing with people you end up knowing well, and weed coming in, pills, etc, made it a better time.

I think O&A missed the fact that people who are convicted, even in cases of serious crimes, are sometimes innocent. The permanence of death doesn't allow for any possibility for the state to exonerate those who are wrongly convicted. Even with advancements in forensic technology, they are still as flawed as those who develop and implement those technologies. I don't feel the intent of sentencing should be solely focused on, but should be partially devoted to rehabilitation and reducing recidivism. Some people will never be rehabilitated, and there should be a permanent place for them in prison. And those people should be punished. Some crimes, including a single incidence of certain types of murder, an attempt could be effectively made to rehabilitate and reintegrate them into society. I think statistical data supports the effectiveness of a Scandinavian prison model. Even though it conflicts with the common American attitude towards justice, it works.

Yeah because some scumbag thug from America who glorifies violence is going to resppnd the same way as an otherwise normal suburban Swedish guy who went over the edge and killed somebody after living an otherwisw normal life. Right. Because the criminal scum in america dont have a problem with authority or anything. What works there will not fucking work here. And those statistics are insanely exaggerates fyi.

its my belief that we should have no prisons or jails and just simply kick people out of the country when they do crimes. if their sentence is short then put them in latin america. if the sentence is long put them in europe or africa. if the sentence is death put them in the middle east.
when your time is up you get to come back into the usa.
with this the budget for prisons would be $0.00 and we could retire all police. then allow private security to come in and let people handle their own business.
if we wanted to we could reallocate the prison budget to be used to feed and clothe the homeless.
myself, i view the vangrancy of homelessness a crime and i believe that all homeless should be shoved into sweden arbitrarily. or canada. just somewhere away from me so i dont have to deal with them anymore..

First off, you're kind of a dummy.. But that's okay. It would cost money to send people over seas.. Europe is made up primarily of 1st world nations, aside from the influx of migrants to said nations. Homelessness isn't a crime, it can happen to anybody. You're not fuckin immune to life's kicks in the teeth haha. Aside from all that bullshit, what would ANY of this accomplish? Lmao, I mean.. Do you think all these nations would be cool with it? You have the mindset of a child, I love it.

I was a Howard guy then. I was a teenager that looked at the Jackie years as incredible. By the Artie years, I was in my early 20s. It got boring. I can’t blame Artie totally bc I’ve heard him even after his drug psychosis and he was more entertaining. In the Artie years it was then now to the king, a few shitty long winded stories and robin cackling. Aside from the kcs, grillos, Stuttering Johns and eventually early sal and Richard’s... the show became boring. At least here, the hosts carried the show as they should.

If you think inmates don't have it that bad because their standards change or whatever, watch channels like fresh out 👍

I have a little time to elaborate...
For starters, the inmates they're talking about who can occasionally put their feet up and hope someone picks a good TV program, they have seen and participated in so much violence that they're traumatized. Their psyche is permanently damaged.
Maybe you fit in well enough, then one slip up or misunderstanding and you're green lit. Remember, a prison sentence often IS a death penalty. You can hope to change yards and evade a hit for a little longer, but that small amount of added lifespan comes at the cost of extreme paranoia, paranoia that you'll be found out through paperwork or being recognized by someone else in the system. Maybe someone already knows? You have to question every person and every thing like your life depends on it.
Then there's torture. Torture is not something you get use to. Solitary confinement is torture, and I know a percentage of people will argue against that because it's a political issue and people just cluelessly repeat arguments. But aside from solitary, COs do torture inmates. Tying you up naked and pissing on your face and body, turning water off in your cell for days so the shit in your toilet piles up to the point its unusable, setting your shower to scolding hot or freezing cold, the imagination is the limit.
A lot of people will think diesel therapy isn't that bad because it kind of a cheeky concept, but if it weren't tortuous it wouldn't work. The system uses diesel therapy to convince inmates to flip on loved ones, make decisions that endanger their lives, all sorts of shit they wouldn't dream of giving in to, but they do because diesel therapy works.
      Rape.
