Can you swap heads from both T-800's? Can you put these heads on the 1984 Pops's body. Never was too interested in them lol, but I do have to ask and I am curious for entertainment purposes. Thanks for the great reviews.
I have the figure and it is awesome ! The only bad thing is his 1 arm that dont really hold the gun well but if you pose him holding the gun with 2hands it is looking great ! Great review keep up the good work.
As has been already said, the Guardian T-800 was never CG'd (aside from the endoskeleton parts, maybe), neither in the 80's nor in 2017; that was all makeup. It was the T1 'Young Arnie" T-800 that was CG'd. Also, that headsculpt definitely looks more like Arnold up close than from farther away.
+Jeddostotle7 Arnie was obviously CG'd in his Guardian 80's version, you can't make someone look younger with traditional makeup, only older. He looked so fake in certain shots!
Javs Jurado ...Yeah, you can. What are you talking about? Movie makeup can do wonders, especially using contouring. 80's Guardian version just looks like a somewhat less wrinkly version of normal modern Arnie.
What good is a action figure with guns if he can't hold them the proper way. Marvel legends pulls the same crap. I think these sculptors should actually hold a weapon so they know how to sculpt the hands properly.
+idstealer000 I think it's more NECA not thinking to give him a different hand from the one they gave the younger Guardian, as that hand was designed for holding a sawed-off shotgun (with a much shallower grip) at stomach height, which obviously wouldn't work for a shotgun with a much steeper grip and which is intended to be held at shoulder height.

I would've given this figure the bare metal arm and the magnet gauntlets rather than the gun.
I saw this at my local TRU once and passed on it and regret doing that.... love the battle damage head on this guy
I know I’m late, do both arms, or just the left?
Hey Optibotimus, you know Pops wasn't CGI'd in the Arnold-vs-Arnold fight. It was the "younger" Arnold that got the CGI.
+Isaac Wang Actually they made him looked much more younger with a lot of CGI "makeup", so yeah, both The Guardian and the original T-800, are CGI.
Javs Jurado Oh.
Javs Jurado
Where did you hear the Terminator with the hoodie's face was CGed? The set photos show he looks the same as he does in the final film...
@@WimpyKelv12 it was to remove wrinkles in his face mainly I think

It really bothers me that he can not hold his weapan properly. Other than that it's a pretty good figure.
Hey Optibotimus, i was wondering if you could do a review similar to the Universe legends Star Scream video?
In terminator genius I think the liquid metal was formed around Pops and it turned him into a T-1000
Can u review the mark 40 iron man suit?

+Jeddostotle7 I'm assuming you left the T-800 in _T3_ out for a reason. That one definitely had some cgi moments (the crane scene comes to mind).
Of Legend I Am Born I was specifically talking entirely about Genisys.

I mean, he wasn't a full GCI model as the "Young T-800" was, but they made him look younger, "less wrinklier", with CGI and not with real makeup...
Why are the face sculpts so bad in neca toys specially terminator compared to what hot toys do their work is amazing
He looks a little like George Bush.

Hot toys is better then neca
