    BE CAREFUL: there are variants of this meditation that borrow the name and pay no credit to Israel Regardie. It is important in these Western esoteric traditions to pay respect where respect is due, namely, that Regardie was part of a tradition of ceremonial magic called the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn. As the organization became defunct in the early 1900's, Regardie published the secretive rituals and practices, under the firm belief that they could benefit humankind. Most modern magic traditions owe a great debt to him for collecting this knowledge together for future generations.
    Looking forward to hearing about your experiences with The Middle Pillar, and I hope it becomes a regular part of your self development.

    A few days back I had a dream in wich I read a book in hebrew and saw a drawing of a tree, the book was a very ancient one, somehow in the dream I could read Hebrew. When I woke up I felt so relaxed, no tension no worries, just the present moment, a few days later I found this middle pillar meditation, there are no coincidences and I am so sure that the information that has been part of me since the dream now activates when I practice this meditation wich has been a daily routine, I also have found that my Soul is very acquainted to Judaism magic. For every day that pass I am convinced that I came into this world to walk the "invisible" and only "real" path 🏹

      Hi Diana! This is very interesting to read about your unique experiences. Dreams are so important, they can communicate what is happening ‘behind the scenes’ in our mind. I’m curious: do you have any childhood upbringing in Jewish tradition? I personally do not, but I also feel drawn to it as well.

      Hello!
      Yes, I think exactly the same about dreams, it seems to me that they can transform us if we consciously integrate them into our daily life. In answer to your question, I was born into a Catholic family and therefore religion has always been in my life, but recently, I have met Jewish people who have told me about their traditions and I really like listening to them. I recently discovered an article on the Internet that talked about a Jewish family with the last name Durán, which is also my last name, their history dates back to the 19th century and it seems they were refugees in a European country, I have to review the article again. I feel that Judaism is an important part of my genetic history, and therefore its spiritual practices including Kabbalah feel familiar, I would like to know more about it but I will wait for the right teacher for it. Until now I have practiced the meditation in this video for several days and I have never felt this feeling of being at home. Thank you very much for sharing this information. 🌷🌟

    I feel incredibly and mysteriously good after this meditation ( even if blundering through it and miss some words or breaths).
    However warning, this can bring overconfidence or even psychotic aggression.
    After two days I usually feel too great and feel i no longer need the meditation, things go back down hill from there.
    During visualizing the Yesod Ball my feet became very hot.
    I've tried this maybe 40 times over the last 10 years and always the next day people look at me different, like there is a kick in my step or something

      Yes, I did the same thing. I read the book and thought I needed to record it. I was already aware of Regardie’s recording on UA-cam, but his voice was not calming to me. I also have done Marc Allen’s version for a couple of years, but his is a short version and he leaves out the Hebrew words. I do give him credit because he introduced me to the middle pillar meditation. I’ve been doing this daily for a few weeks and love it. Thanks.

      Returning to commenting today again. I am practicing this meditation for the 3rd time today and I have felt the energy entering me, even though I could hardly visualize it moving down. I felt it nevertheless. In the beginning, I felt like a tree person or a leaf, maybe a creature with a very different kind of face than mine. I felt somewhat feminine but very different. Moving downwards, the singing of the names started many different movements. By the end, I was tingling and beaming all over. I could hear my mind talk and wonder, asking questions about why this would work. I could still feel the powerful energies moving thru me all the while. I feel thankful, awake, a but worried, restless, energized and dehydrated. Looking forward to coming back sooner than this time around.

A three fold system. Then activated a second one in the mind as well as a invisible physical manifestation of it. It's day one of such an experiment wish me luck on it.

    You said you had been doing this middle pillar meditation for about 2 weeks at this point. I was curious if you were still doing it and did you have an update on your experience or how it has affected you of a longer period of time?

    • @CreativeCodex
      @CreativeCodex  2 роки тому +3

      Hi Tyrone, sure thing. I still regularly practice the mediation, though not with daily frequency. The visualizations have a curious degree of spontaneity to them...Sometimes I will see the energy moving down the pillar as a slow shaft of white light, other times I will see it as a stream of water. Sometimes I will get flashes of the different spheres as specific geometric shapes, or certain symbols within. None of this is intended or planned, and when it occurs, I am pleasantly surprised, make a mental note, and keep moving forward with the rest of the meditation. At this point, I do at times also feel an inclination to try a more advanced form of the Middle Pillar with Regardie mentions in his book, which activates all of the sephiroth, rather than just the Middle Pillar. Happy to answer any other questions! I hope your experiences with it have been positive.

    If Hermeticism comes from Ancient Egypt, why would you meditate in Hebrew? Hermes Trismegistus would use Egyptian language and culture? I just trying to make sense if it.
    Thanks

    • @CreativeCodex
      @CreativeCodex  2 роки тому +1

      This is an incredible question! It really gets us to the heart of the matter. The Middle Pillar comes from the tradition of Hermetic Qabalah, which is at its core: a syncretic tradition.
      It mixes elements of Kabbalah, Hermetic Philosophy, Gnosticism, Astrology, Greco-Roman Philosophy, and even Alchemy. So you are absolutely right! If this was strictly a Hermetic practice, why does it not use Egyptian language? But wrapped up in the answer of even that question is this strange tangent: Hermetic Philosophy is not Egyptian in origin, or ancient. By all accounts, it is Greco-Roman, from about 200 BC into at least 400 AD.
      It comes out of a similarly rich cultural tapestry of syncretic philosophies. The Greco-Romans idealized the Egyptians as the true keepers of Wisdom and Magic.
      I hope that helped! Thank you for your question.

    • @timothybrakefield6405
      @timothybrakefield6405 2 роки тому

      Thanks for replying. I guess am coming from the understanding that Hermetics comes from Hermès who is also known as the god Thoth in Egypt who wrote the Emerald Tablets and the Egyptian Book of the Death. I believe his works were later compiled in The Kybalion.

    • @CreativeCodex
      @CreativeCodex  2 роки тому

      @@timothybrakefield6405 Yes. To an extent. The Emerald Tablet of Hermes Trismegistus is the real deal, a powerful enigmatic text carved in stone, although it is confirmed to be dated around 700 AD, and not as ancient as the Corpus Hermeticum. (Don't be fooled by The Emerald Tablet of Thoth. That one is a fraud which was 'channeled' by an author in the 1900's.)
      Also... The Kybalion is often wrongly credited as Hermetic Philosophy, as it presents itself as such. (I believed it was genuine at first too.) But once you read the primary sources (the dialogues of Hermes Trismegistus) you realize The Kybalion is unfortunately equivalent to fan fiction.

But on the other note I felt very much balanced and energized in my day to day life, after months of mental and physical exhaustion it was just what I needed. Thank you very much for posting this exercise on youtube. By the way, I have a question. I used to do lbrp everyday, but after reading that having your field too sterile is not good also I am thinking of performing it (each time together with a kabbalistic cross) like once or twice a week while I do MP around 5 days a week. Is this a good plan? After reading that middle pillar lights you up like a christmas tree in the astral and can attract parasites lbrp is a must, yes?

      @@MrCoconut212 Incredible! I'm happy to hear you have found the meditation helpful. I still practice it regularly, though I am beginning to feel that I want to explore the other sefirot. In Regardie's book, there is mention of an extended version of the Middle Pillar which engages the larger Tree of Life. I think I will be exploring this soon. Regarding the LBRP and Kabbalistic Cross, it does seem like a good system the way you have planned it out. This work can at times be so personal that experience varies from person to person. Getting into those distinctions would likely make this meditation video impractical for those who want to try it for the first time. Thank you for giving it your time though.
