Thanks Mitch. Even though I have a copy of the shop manual, I always start by searching for one of your videos before I do any work on my wife's Vino. You've been a huge help.
Hey! Just want to thank you for taking a video of this. I am a mc mechanic and for the life of me could not find the timing marks! You hooked it up.. I really never work on these things but dam, there more work than a harley! Thanks
Thanks Mitch for showing such a thorough technique for adjusting the valves. I think you’re the only one who actually shows where top-dead-center is on the bike. Thanks again. 👌😜👍
Hey I took off the stock air intake and went with a direct K&N. There is a line that came off of it that goes to the oil case. What should I do with that line? Should I just plug it or add a cold air filter to the line?
It’s weird I could be looking at the wrong manual but i really don’t think so, it the official one... everything looks exactly like mine... say valve clearance is .008 and .013 that’s the biggest gap I’ve heard of. On my gy6 150 it’s pretty much same as this video .003-5 and .005-7 Any insight??
hi i have problem with my yamaha vino 125 2006 has spark has gas good exhaust is good valve is good crank but wont start have the problem for weeks please help thanks
That measurement is inches! The following is direct from the service manual. Valve clearance (cold) Intake valve 0.08 ~ 0.12 mm (0.003 ~ 0.005 in) Exhaust valve 0.13 ~ 0.17 mm (0.005 ~ 0.007 in)
