Pink Moon over Broad Bay

This was the Pink Moon (first Full Moon of Spring) rising over the Wolfsnare Creek leading to Broad Bay which is a tributary of the Lynnhaven River in Virginia Beach. As the Moon rose over the Atlantic Ocean, past the treeline, the moist warm air caused a lens effect; enlarging the appearance of the Moon. I used The Photographers Ephemeris to plan the shot of rising down the creek.
@0:25 About halfway through the timelapse the intervalometer stopped. By the time I caught it, I rebooted the camera and resumed, missing 60 crucial seconds. Oops!
