- Here is a video of our Suzuki Jimny Commercial 4 seat conversion including 2 seat folding rear bench, adapted boot floor and bulkhead removed.

Good job !, I bought a set of OEM rear seats plus belts and put them, one issue is that the cargo version need some modification to install the seats but it's doable, the biggest issue is that you can't connect the belts pretensioner with the car, no wiring and unit to connect with....but anyway the belts are still working.....
As pointed out, what have you done about the seat belt pre-tensioners, seat belt warning system and curtain airbags. I also see that the seat belts are not fitted to the seat belt mounting points?
@@bigjimny if you buy oem seats, the seat belt warning is not an issue, they have cables , as well the belts mounting points , everything fits as in the standard 4 seat version, but forget about curtain airbags and connecting seat belt pre-tensioners, if want this you should buy a lot more staff to make it as from factory...
Hi Robert, I’m about to do as you described (oem seats etc). Any chance you could describe the modifications you needed to make it work? I’m just trying to understand how difficult a job it is and what I’m letting myself in for.
It’s a shame the pre-tensioners aren’t possible, I was hoping to find a way to connect them in. Did you manage to find any wiring info on how they should be connected?

Id buy one , but all 2 seaters in ireland .. is it legal 🤔 , an insurance legal

Hi, thank you for the comment. It is legal and tested. The seats are mounted to original points and so are the seat belts. The conversion is reversible if required.
