This was wonderful. Seeing the chefs fall in love with the homestead and the amazing food there, and really genuinely want to do their best was just so wonderfully....ok, I know it sounds hokey, but I found it really sweet and touching. Most TV is so cynical, but this was just nice. I loved it!
The Dervaes family are my new heroes. This is a direction, I would love to travel in, that said though how many years did it take them to get to this point? How many hours do they spend working this farm? And if they get these food snobs to by their products and have huge financial success how will it change them?
