    Thank you so much for this!! I dropped to 78 from dragging my arm and after fixing it with this and some other stuff I was able to get to 92 mph and I got a full ride cause of it. Your a life saver

    Great to have this video in youtube. I watched this 2 weeks ago and apply the idea in my practice. It works and my sharp Rear Deltoid Muscles soreness (after practice every time) goes away. I don't feel extreme soreness or pain after applying the idea of this video. Appreciate ❤🙏

    Love it, great progression, motion looks smooth. I have a great kid on my team who does everything right, but has a terrible release. Arm is bent at 90 degrees when he releases the ball and I think this drill will help. His arm get behind and is trying to catch up and he loses a ton of speed. Having arm bent more early and more in front I am hoping will help him release later with a straighter arm and reach his velocity potential.

    Amazing video! And i ended having a tricep strain , now i formed scar tissue for not rehabing it early , and hurts when i reach 180° in tricep exercises , how to fix that scar tissue in the tricep that bothers goung full range of motion? Thank you very much 🙌🏻🙌🏻

    Thank you I've been dragging my arm without know and my elbow always hurts after. My arm feels weak after I pitch Im going to try this and see what happens

    Kind of looks like you're pushing the ball. What about using a TAP connection ball and doing throws with it in the crease of the elbow?

      With someone who typically drags their arm the goal is to get them further out in front and approximate lever arms earlier in the throw. We often use the ‘connection ball’ although have seen greatest success with a 9” diameter ball. Like anything it must be used with specificity.
