I assume by then you will have 5 appraisals and possibly 1 promotion at the end of 5th year. You should roughly be making 10-10.2 lacs only.

For above tracks I don't have much information available. U need to contact wings 1 team, they should guide you on that

If you completed the desired tracks being ninja, then definitely you will start to receive Elevate wings 1 incentive in your payslip

If you were digital then beyond 3 years also they will continue to keep it as retention bonus... I stayed in tcs for 3.5 years

No, recently they changed the policy..if you've joined in Nov 2023 then first appraisal will be in 2025 April
