zform is completely useless. What even is the point of the addon? I can already plug my own depth map in the displacement slot. Such addons feel like they are developed to fool newcomers and get their money.
I need to check it in detail but from this showcase it seems to be able to generate true geometry from the map (not only displacement) This could come in handy to use for jewelry and other crafts that make use of bas relief. You could export the resulting geometry to ZBrush and use it as a base mesh to blockout your project.
Everytime I see one of these videos I think I must have missed the last one and the. realise there's add-ons added every day!

The tree libraries are too dense! One tree can have over 80k face counts and it really slows down animation.
