Ingredients
Maida -1/2cup or 7tbsp
Corn flour -1tbsp
Salt -
LemoN Juice -2tsp
Colour -
Curd -1tbsp
Baking Powder -1/4tsp
Baking Soda -1/4tsp
Water - less than 1/2 cup
For sugar syrup
Water -1cup
Sugar-3/4cup tp 1 cup
Salt-
Lemon Juice -1tsp
Method
In a pot add water salt and sugar allow to boil for 7 minutes in medium flame .
Then to that add lemon juice and mix .. switch off the flame and keep aside ..
In a bowl add maida ,cornflour ,curd ,salt ,colour,lemon juice and water .. Mix well ..
Finally add baking powder and soda ,mix well ..
Heat oil , pour the batter into a piping bag ,cut the tip
when the oil is medium hot make jilebi .. make it crispy and then add this to the sugar syrup and take them with in 20 seconds and transfer to a plate .. repeat the same ..

Hi....... Chechi today I made this instant yellow jelebi..... It was fantastic.... It was looking very beautiful.... and we all loved it... And yesterday, I made vettu cake that too was fantastic... It is my favourite cake and it was my nostalgia too..whenever I come from Mumbai for the vacation. My daughter ate a lot...she loved it.
