    I use line 6 3 or 4 gigs every week and works perfect, i don't Switch guitars, I used a tele and fits perfect, no need of trying to get channels to connect, just straight to the guitar.

      I play strats and teles also, these two models are great options price wise but i feel like the relay has the slight advantage for guitarist’s wanting to use it on pedal boards. I plan to have mine mounted to my board and powered through my one spot cs12. The tricky part is figuring how to safely power it through my power brick as i am hoping to avoid running extra power cables to power the relay, my solution is to use a 5v to micro usb adapter cable, there is one input on the cs12 that allows for variable voltage 4v-9v. So here’s hoping this works 😊 otherwise it might have to be that i shell out the extra cash and get a boss wl-50 or the relay g10s 🙏

      Don't bother with the Boss wireless system. It works great for a short while, but I have found that I have, on many occasions, after charging the units, I found that the transmitter unit often was not charged. This seems to happen if you charge the transmitter through the receiver. It is very frustrating when you expect to connect and play. In addition, I have also found that the receiver use time drops off dramatically (about an hour or two), which makes it worthless for gigs and any long practice sessions.

    I got the Harley Benton wireless unit. They work great but not road ready after 2 or 3 years I can’t remember but they are barely holding together. 85€ I think they were?

      That Yamaha amp is on my list of stuff I’d like to have just because.

      I bought a cheap wireless unit by Donner a couple of years ago. Wasn't working properly after a some time... You get what you pay for I guess. The Xvive stood the test of time so far, I hope the Line6 as well!
      Yeah the THR30II is a fantastic desktop amp. I like it better than the Positive Grid Spark 40, but it's costs more as well.
      Cheers, Lukas

    Hello.
    At 8:47 what is this feedback noise? is it because of Gain ? or the amp is That noisy on such a low volumes? or this gadget itself makes this noise ?
    That's exactly what i'm looking for. will probably buy a THR30ii and don't know what should i get Line6 with it or something else.. because the advantage is you can use it for other amps as well, no need of this weird line6 box

    • @LMGuitarCorner
      @LMGuitarCorner  Рік тому +1

      Hey there! The feedback noise is because of the way I'm sitting there with the amp right next to the guitar. If the amp is a little bit farther away, there is zero feedback. So don't worry about that - it is just because of the way I'm sitting and neither because of the THR 30 or the Line6.
      In terms of wirless unit - my recommendation would still be the Xvive U2 if you want to use it with different amps. I'm still happy with the Line6 Relay because I use it with the THR, which is the only amp in my living room. For that, it is a great wireless solution. Cheers, Lukas

    Thx for this review. I confirm that the xvive fits in my Ibanez (js100) whereas the line6 doesn't.
    I've been testing the xvive for 1week and I find it amazing.

    I’ve been using the XVive system for years now and it’s been awesome, especially for the money. I love em!

      Hey there. Thanks for your comment and sharing experiences! Did you notice a weaker battery after using it for years? Cheers, Lukas

      @@LMGuitarCorner hi, yes, I absolutely did. That was actually the reason I bought a second set. Funny thing is, it only seemed to be the transmitter that got a little weaker. However, I still think they are outstanding value for money.

      Hey! I also like them a lot. My first wireless system was an affordable one by Donner. It was working okay, but both the connection quality and the battery life were inferior to the Xvive U2. Cheers, Lukas

      Hey! How is the latency on the XVive system? noticable? does it picks up weird frequencies when playing closed venues?

    • @officialWWM
      @officialWWM Рік тому +1

      @@Zzzerof0xxX there is no latency that I can detect and I’ve never suffered any interference at all! It’s been extremely reliable.
