Romans 10:9 = +Infinite life without end. Pleasure ever more. Take. Don't wait. Live today. Hope is here, and you can have it too. Love is here, and you can take that too.)
Probably worst vid I saw targetting me. Only saw IT desk, youtuber, tech, and writer.
Me too
Yoo just registered😂
I just really hate being around people. Now that I’m older I just can’t take it. I swear when the lockdown happened I was actually happy being home. I wish I didn’t have to step out in public. I unfortunately can’t find a job that I like. I’ve considered becoming a mortician at least the dead don’t talk
I totally understand
I had a coworker who had a relative who was a mortician and said that it was very fulfilling due to the work that she did with the family members during such a difficult time....just to give some insight.
I can relate.
You and I are absolute TWINS!! I thought of being a mortician for the EXACT same season, but then I realized I really don’t want to work with the deceased. 😅
I feel this in my soul. I miss lockdown too! Every time my office phone rings or a customer walks in, a piece of me dies and a rage brews…. 😭
Sales is NOT for introverts
I was surprised he said that
Depends which sales you’re referring to
I stopped watching after i read your comment and wanted to say thanks for saving me time lol
Facts and many videos I watch say jobs that are not anxiety friendly so these people just want to make videos just for money.
lol
He is absolutely right. I didn’t realize why I’ve been miserable for over 20 years at work. My jobs and career have all been for extroverts.
@@theviral902 my astrological sign is Pisces if that helps.
Same , I got to the point I reach my limit 😅 and I just trying to find something I can work and enjoy
Same.
Even when I went to job trainings or other employment seminars (including online, like LinkedIn and Indeed), the underlying message was always meeting people, socializing, 'getting out there socially'.
But forget all that.
It's awesome and just fine to be me. 😊
@@urkoolUncleRight? The horror 😂🤭
I'm glad i'm not the only one who think like this 😂
Rundown:
Creative: UA-cam, writer, script writer, video editing, retention editing, content strategist, digital marketer, CEO specialist, sales, business representative. Technology: IT, data analyst, software developer.
I learned that a data analyst also has to have people skills because you present your findings all the time. Guess what? You have to act like a salesman to sell your ideas.
So he's really hoping that the introverts will also be the type who love to work in front of a computer all day long.
The most saturated fields.
Thank you for this!
Is it bad that the moment I saw "Introvert" I immediately click?
Bad. Very very bad. Even I am an introvert. I know I did something bad myself too
ig that’s the point of the caption
Yeah….
I could tell cause of the anime pfp
No. We are a nation unlike others. 🥂🍻
you mentioned using the telephone being better for introverts a couple of times, i hate telephones with a passion. i would rather travel several miles to talk face to face with someone, even if its the same person. 1 on 1 or 2 in person i can do, texting and emails i can do, but telephones? nope.
exactly my thoughts. I HATE calls
Me too. I've realized I must rely on facial cues a lot because I have no conversational rhythm over the phone. I either leave too long of pauses or accidentally talk over someone and it gets awkward and I hate it. I do a little better answering calls but making them? I'll avoid it at all costs.
Yeah I hear ya. In fact, I hate talking on the phone so much that I changed my ringtone to the one from the movie, One Missed Call, which is a Japanese horror movie where random people's phones will get "death calls" and it always plays a certain ringtone. The idea for making it my ringtone is that "Every phone call is a horror movie" because that's how much I dislike talking on the phone.
A deeper look at why: I think it's just that it's hard for introverts to get a word in. Usually the other person just goes on and on and on, and they're the "never shut up" type of human, and the phone call is just not an enjoyable experience at all.
I am the kind of introvert who needs human contact, but mostly one on one.
Me too
Yeah I’d go crazy if I lived alone but I need just one or two people
I as an introvert who is in his 30s, I have decided to learn data science with self study and bootcamp as I am tired of 9-5 jobs
hows that going?
We are all tired bro. That hierarchical bs is annoying.
@@JohnDoe-pd4jo I mean the data science
LOL, it's practically impossible to land a job in that field without good experience or good degree or both... There is no entry level jobs, all the entry level jobs are full of senior applicants and all the jobs asking for 2-5 years of experience, even if they don't ask for it, 50% of applicants are seniors trying to land entry level job, so there is absolutely zero chance to land a job in that field, one of the worst field to study right now, because somehow everyone wants to be a data scientist and data analyst...
@@streetswontforget9390 real talk. take the L. Do digital marketing instead. Everything -- literally everything -- needs marketing.
As an introvert myself, I am very thankful for my current job. I make 95k per year salary(not including bonuses). I work from home. And I work on average 2 hours per week or 100-150 per year. I work for a massive AV company. I decided to stop working so hard and eo bare minimum. Since then I've bumped my pay 20k in 2 years and am now a manager of my entire department.
Can i apply to your company job please?
I'm sick of working with people they make me physically sick!

Watching this video on my work break while I hear my coworkers all socializing 😂 I like my coworkers but they’re so social sometimes and I actually feel so physically exhausted. I like my job too, but I need something else (maybe)

As an immigrant and introvert, deciding to major in accounting, then later realizing that one needs real good English in order to be an accountant is a mistake in my life. My gpa is over 3.5 but my first job is to do data entry after six years of hard work. If you do not speak English well, no company will trust you that you can do the job even you earned an A on your college essay class. Finally I went to my home country and became a computer teacher in a primary school.
I'm a foreigner who majored in Accounting too and I'm curious why you think your English is bad. Are you unable to speak fluently or do you just have an extremely thick accent that's hard to understand?
@@nelsonw9483 I have a heavy accent. My English is hard to understand. When I asked my professor to write a recommendation letter for an internship opportunity , my professor put this on his letter, so I failed to
obtain the internship. When I decided to major in accounting, many people said my decision was a correct one as they thought I could work alone. However their suggestion was wrong. To be an accountant, you need to be a good communicator. You need to speak English fluently.
I am a personal chef and caterer. Love food, but I am only 28 and sometimes I feel overwhelmed having to socialize doing that job. I am extremely shy and introverted, and I have been questioning lately if I chose the right career path. Have a degree in nutrition and a culinary arts degree. and now I am looking to possibily start another path. I love writing, but was scared to pursue because I was scared on what my family would think. Thank you for this!
Happy to help!
I've always thought a baker would be a great job for an introvert- up before everyone else, home before everyone else :). Just do what you find fulfilling! Maybe just do some writing on the side, see how it goes- and just don't bother telling your family lol
I'm an obnoxious extrovert trapped in an introvert body. I have worked in the restaurant industry (back of house!) my whole life, I spend endless hours with family members, attend parties regularly and make new friend everywhere I travel. I finally accepted, this doesn't do me well and now I have to create an introvert friendly life and career.
what??
@@samu-chanintrovert doesn’t necessarily mean that you avoid people. It just means that you get drained from hanging around people for too long.
i used to be an extrovert but after 6 years of being a shift manager at subway im burned out on people..
Best comment I’ve read
I’m a big ass introvert Truck Driving might be our way out to guys
truck driving sounds fun tbh
Have considered this... But have a 1 year old and 3 year old
Truck driving is fun and peaceful 😊
As an introvert who was also a truck driver for 4 years, I recommend not wasting your time. The industry sucks and many companies pay criminally low, especially as a career that's considered "top 10 most dangerous job in the world" smh.
I've considered that. I just hate driving, in general. Especially when there are tailgaiters. And you have to sit in the same position for hours (although I guess I do that on the weekends anyway, watching youtube....)
I am a developer and it depends on the company if it is good for introverts.
If your day consists of meetings and pair programming (like my current job), that's not good for introverts..
So, in the interviews, ask specifically, how a dev day looks like.
IT helpdesk is a customer service job first, tech support second. Every issue you face will have a client/customer attached to it and to be any good at your job you need to communicate with them and investigate the issue. This also the case for senior jobs in IT as you will continue to communicate with people.
Talking to people at all makes me physically sick cuz of trama 😅 I’d like the least amount of that as possible on the phone is worse for me
Holy, I'm a introvert and I love to write, but unfortunately I live in Africa where hard labor jobs is first priority here 😭😭😭
software dev is exhausting as an introvert, sorry. you have to talk to people all the time.
I graduated in 1997, a pioneer batch in the university and a Best Programmer awardee where Turbo Pascal was the first programming language I learned, but a turn of events due to pregnancy led me not to pursue my career path and now after 26 years, I never excelled in my work due to my introverted nature, so I hope it's not too late to find my way back to programming. The truth is I am struggling with where to start after all these years.
I can definitely relate to not knowing where to start after all this time. For me it's been 20 years of struggling with either an inability to find a job due to some extenuating personal circumstances, or only having low paying jobs. I don't feel like I actually fit in anywhere, and therefore have remained stagnant as far as meaningful advancement. I've always been a blue collar guy, and now I can feel the wear and tear on my body coming on as well. But I don't know anything else.
I graduated in 1996 with an accounting degree, but gained nothing from it. Now, I am 58 and learning iOS development.
Help Desk = HELL Desk. Did IT work for about 7 years. Hell ttf naw. Never again
I've been in sales 🙃 worst idea. Also, is there anything for dumb introverts?
This video has a good flow of presentation, good transitions, multiple angles, close ups and additional animations. Being an analytical introvert, I would prefer studying PPC , SEO or Data Analysis for my next career (Im in my late 20s). However, most job offerings require university degrees like journalism for SEO, and mathematics for data analysis ( I have no degree). In my case I would need to go with Software Development because having the ability to build (or program) something useful (to a company, client or a customer) is worth more than having a piece of certificate.
Thanks for your feedback and for sharing some insights
Hey, I'm also more analytical introvert, you can get six certificates on Google for data analytics, this along with a project for your resume may get you in the door
I am currently an SDR for a tech company. While I do enjoy the job itself, everytime it comes to zoom meetings i start to get nervous and speak with a nervous tone on almost every zoom call...... Looking to change careers to somewhere where i can be productive solo

Yep. Under a rock in the middle-o-nowhere under 10 feet of snow writing code, with a saloon not too far away ... that'll do it.
I'm sure this is going to be a good video, but don't you think the topic is getting repetitive and recycled? I mean it's too quick, I thought it would need at least few months for the data to be new, but you keep uploading the same topics too soon for it to be new and, feels the same thing.
You help me a lot ❤, and this is just what I'm noticing recently.
@nonchalant That was what first came to my mind ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

@Shane Hummus I had a question regarding tech sales, Is it possible to do tech sales remotely?
I’m currently a BDR and let me tell you it sucks i got into sales because I loved talking to people and it was easy and now I struggle getting passed cooler talk with people. Because I call so many people in a day and say the same lines over and over again. I’m looking for a job where I don’t have to reach out to so many people everyday and say the same stuff over and over.
I will say tho
If you don’t mind that and can think quick on your feet BDR is good money with the right company
