Pacific City, yes!!!! My favorite too. PS I was teaching remotely when I stayed there. Oooo, it was challenging, but I managed (slooooow internet).

There's cell phone service at Pacific City along the B sites (right next to the road). I've grown to love that park too, all the Oregon TT parks are great compared to the others I've been to in Washington and California.
