hey man what do you plan on do to fix it, are you gonna take it to the machine shop? i lapped some valves i had in by myself and plan on starting it tmr was in the same place you are in right now 30 psi cyl 3 and a burned exhaust my seat was questionable but i was able to clean it up quite a bit, im on a budget as well so im just curious

So I just Pulled a Used head off a good engine and swapped 'em out. It Turns out this head had recently been machined, not sure what the store was on this engine but I found it to have missing parts and been messed with in the past. We have her up and running now tho. If I didn't have a new head I would have cleaned the seat and just replaced the valve, I'm a budget builder too. Thanks For watching!
