It’s so great to see all the different process steps from harvesting to cutting, washing and packaging the onions! Didn’t knew it was processed like this! Very educative
Wow, the level of automation here is insane! Watching the mechanical hands and slicing machines working together to peel and cut onions so precisely was satisfying. 😍😍😍

01:55 The way the machine sorts the onions by size and removes dust is truly fascinating! It’s amazing to see how efficiently everything is handled, ensuring only clean, perfectly sized onions move forward in the process. The technology behind this is impressive! 👏
Onions are an indispensable spice when preparing many dishes. I really like them. The harvesting and processing process thanks to modern machinery and equipment has greatly helped optimize effort. Thank you for sharing this great video. ❤❤❤
🌱🚜 Amazing to see how technology simplifies onion harvesting and processing! From the field to the factory, it's all so efficient. That conveyor belt system is next level!
This machinery is a challenge and an opportunity, requiring constant learning, adaptation and improvement to meet the changing needs and demands of the agricultural sector.
Yes, I speak English, but have no idea what the right words are to use. Trees? Pallets? Grinder? C'mon! We have words for the correct things. Hire someone to help you. I have a feeling all the footage is stollen as well.
Reminds me of the time I was working at a restaurant and they wanted a bag of onions cut up. Being almost immune to onion crying, I processed the whole roughly 50 pound bag of yellow onions on a deli slicer in a few minutes and ran everyone out of the restaurant. I bet the neighborhoods around these factories smell lovely. I like the smell of cut onions.
Nice video, thanks for sharing, let the price of onions in the Philippines & the World go down & at the right price ceiling! God bless! Alleluia! Amen!
Must be a new way of harvesting. When I was a kid, we pulled them from the ground, cut the roots, and bagged them to be picked up. All done by hand in the blazing California sun.
Watching these makes me green with envy. Thousands of large onions. This operation looks substantially larger than 80 acre plots more like a landing strip at an international airport. My little home garden is about one sheet of drywall or plywood and gets maybe 5 hours of sun so I get bulbs somewhere between golf ball and tennis ball. Please pray for me to win a lottery and all I want is a 20 by 40 garden
I worked in a vegetable factory for a few years and hated when it was onion season. Was like being pepper sprayed every time I had to go on the factory floor. If a machine broke we would flip a coin to decide who was going to fix it.
**Not all the onion skins and outer layers are thrown away. They are used to produce dried granulated and powdered onion, among other things, so very little is wasted.*
This type of video is usually narrated by an AI-generated voice app. Am not a fan of these low production value clickbait channels. Only watched this long enough (30 seconds) to hear the obvious artificial voice, and to leave a comment to someone else who doesn't like this kind of channel. Did not give a thumbs up, will never subscribe. That's for the Tik Tokkers! Cheers.
All the onion skins and outer layers aren't discarded. They go to make dried granulated and powdered onion, among other things, very little goes to waste.
onions had such a fascinating journey from farm to table! 🌱 Love gaining new insights into the everyday things we take for granted.

Get out of that onion tree.
You're so happy to see that, but you don't know their harmful side!

This video is such a great reminder of how technology and nature can work together. Great
Amazing to see the scale of onion farming! The harvesting and processing are so efficient-nature and technology at their best! 🧅🚜

That is a lot of onions. very cool machines.
Very well done, I appreciate that you used slow motion in part of the processes. Many videos just show process at full speed. Thank you
Do you live next to large onion farms or processing plants?
Glad you enjoyed it! 🎥👍
My Grandpa had a huge garden when I was little many years ago. Today's farming is amazing. This is a wonderful video. Thanks.
Did you also grow onions before?
Lovely memories! Thanks! 🌿👍
You are so generous with compliments
Do you still grow them?
Beautiful memories ❤

Those machines insane!

with modern machines that do the job like a human and it works very professionally
Last week I haul a truckload of onions from NM to NY 2,200 miles, right now I’m hauling from NM to FL 1,900 miles
Amazing!
How to harvest millions of onions is interesting. I would love to see it
Nice work
really cool
Excellent!
Too bad the script writer knew nothing of what he was writing about...

Onion trees!
@@ashleymarie7452 EXACTLY!
@@EudaemoniusMarkII "Trees" should have been "Tops"; "Grinder" should have been "Chopper" (a grinder would turn the onions into runny paste)...
“Trees”
Perfecto 👍

Kudo's to the people who designed these machines, what brains they have! 👍👍😏
The onion is one of favorites for eating
omg!!1 so excited
It's great to see my favorite farm machinery again, and I'm curious, which one is the most fuel-efficient in your video?

Blessings from Allah for your lovely comment.

Good....
great
All this work and engineering just to cut some onions. Crazy!
Bawang holand ngan bawang india gayezzzz...mantep👍🥳🎉😘
Good
The method at 4:28 seem to be the best one to me because it seems to be less techy yet still far more efficient than the others

Was a great video i even got a little teary eyed watching this....Lame joke i no sorry it's enough to make your cry 😂😂😂😂
Never knew onions grew "trees". I had always heard them referred to as having stems.
This guy says a lot of simple things wrong. Makes you wonder how much of the complicated stuff is wrong. It is like a 4 year old wrote the script.
