Make at least one sim have the real estate job. When they go to work, a sign will appear in front of your houses that will allow you to submit any home you have.
abn bcg Have your sims move in together you can have a maximum of 4 sims in a house, 6 if you use the cheat to get more then 4 sims living in a house. Than demolish some of your houses the prices will go down if you have less home lots in your town.
IKR I ONLY HAVE 100,255 ugh im saving up for a 2 story house for my sim family theres 1 toddler and a mom and dad. imma add a baby to there family so they need a bigger house. i cannot keep adding rooms bc soon the plot will run out of space.

@@katezatek2685 it is because it was change to someone else. Basically architect house will dissapear every two weeks😉
How often do the architect homes change?
They change every 2 weeks on average. 😊
