To me the big issue with what could have been a very good blessing for rares, is the fact it is not 100% chance on 6star. Weighing a 6star with a chance to increase your debuff, compared to a 6star that procs warmaster (for attackbased vs. bosses) 1.3 times per attack. would also have been fairly interesting on some epics once you fill cruelty, but at a non-guaranteed chance i feel the blessing just can't compete. I'd say at lower blessing levels it might be better, comparatively, than at higher blessings when compared to for instance Phantom Touch.
I was trying to figure out if Kael with the blessing, when used as a single dps against clanboss in for instance a slow wixwell team (1:1 ratio) could potentially do more damage due to his a1 giving out small poisons. But at 6star, phantom touch actually kind of smacks. It would be interesting to theorize how the two would compare in this scenario, if the nature blessing was guaranteed at 6star. I do hope they actually make it 100% so there is another option outside of phantom touch for almost anything having an a1 used once per battle.
AS a newcomer to raid who will probably be using rares for alongtime yet, this blessing will be a boon for early/midgame

I have a 5 star blessing on Dilgol, his A1 has a 50% Chance for a small decrease Speed, A2 double hit Aoe with decrease acc, A3 triple hit single target with decrease def. A2 and A3 are already the big versions but the chance on his a1 could help
Drowned bloat is someone I would build then if I ever got the 6 star.
Most of them aren't worth building though
i'm still waiting for someone to confirm if fear becomes true fear. every cc glosses over it when they mention bloat.
I have a few 6 star awakened rares, including a Kael. Could be interesting
Banshee in undead has aoe A1 small decrease defense. With sniper it books to 35%. Also has aoe a2 remove one buff on 2 turn cool down books to 75% with sniper. I run her in a stun set and you can just spam those 2 moves
I might actually build ifrit now. I considered feeding him but i didn't.
Marauder in shadowkin also has aoe decrease attack a2 books to 80% with sniper
I have been wondering if any "bad" legendries would become improved when using natures bounty?
Gravechill might get some uses for this blessing as well.
Marquess (demonspawn) is powerful in general, have you read her kit? she is insane, worth taking to 60 if you ask me.

Они почти не применимы штрафы нам обычно нужны на всех ..... есть конечно исключения с новым даром рарки становяться полезными но большинство указанные в этом видео бесполезны даже в башне и главно изначальные их статы так малы что они не стоят вложения ресурсов
