Really surprised you didn't have Fayne on there since she has decrease defense, weaken, decrease attack, 2 poisons and a multi hit A1. Overall good video though.
I like urticata. every hit is multi - so giantslayer helps raw damage, and the hex gives the whole team a 25% chance to place poison on a crit hit while the a1 has a chance to extend every poison, and she adds sensitivity as well, plus a small speed aura if you need it.
I got lucky and pulled Dracomorph as one of my first legendaries. I was excited because I love dragons, and then I looked up videos on him and was even happier. He is still my main damage dealer on Clan Boss. :)
Toragi is my boy. Replaced Frozen Banshee and turned my traditional CB team from a sometimes 2-key UNM into an affinity-loving easy 2-key. Sad to see him go as I run a MythFu now and the rest of his traditional CB team moved into different speeds and builds.
Interesting topic. Since the CB score is dependent on the team I think it would be good if you could show the damage of each poisoner, keeping the rest of the team the same. There is some randomness, but it would give a better picture than no damage info.
I think Fayne should be there. I know she's squishy, but she's one of the more accessible champs, she's kind of a mini draco and in a unkill team she'll do her job. I think most of the teams right now are unkill ... therefore she could be there

Hilariously enough, and one that I never considered until it came in a suggestion from your discord: Fenshi. I'm running him and anax in a myth seeker (at myth fu speeds), and Fenshi actually out damages anax with similar builds between them. It's pretty wild, and totally blew my mind.
He only poisons on his A3, and it's only 2 5% poisons, so not ideal, but he hits extremely hard, and has 2x 3 hitters. Plus he's the best TM control champ in the shadowkin, so really helpful for the 21 boss
Anax I was so shocked when I built him out properly how hard he smacks and destroys my +1 jintoro when I put them in against the right affinity. So shocking tbh but still love your choices, great video as usual!
Venomage is possibly the best poisoner! However, without vizier, she seems to outpace the poisons she lands and the damage tanks. I use her in an unkillable with vizier and still struggle occasionally to get the poisons stacking.
@@markmarlatt1105 Glad i came across this, i pulled Narma and Venomage back to back and was wondering if she could extend enough to keep Venomage from outpacing. Because the 16 leggo books are extremely intimidating. If you're struggling sometimes with Vizier, i doubt Narma would extend even remotely close.
I’m still feeling like FBan deserves a spot on the list if for no other reasons than that she is still one of the only champs with poison sensitivity AND that of all the other champs she’s the only one that almost EVERY player can be (fairly) sure to get and have access to from early on and be easy to build well without needing a huge book/gear investment. 🤷🏻♂️
Great video as always. I would add Fayne to this list or as an honorable mention. She brings decrease defense and weaken on the A3, and decrease attack + 2 poisons on the A2. She brings all the debuffs you need for clan boss, has decent damage, but the problem is she can't apply them as easily as someone like a Draco or a Venus.
Curious why Urogrim doesn’t get more love here. Brings the big version of poison, also brings continuous heal and can cleanse stun off of teammates. On top of it he has 20% speed aura in all battles which is huge for speed tunes when you’re having trouble getting your team to meet those high speeds.
I'm FTP with a limited champ pool, so I'm still using a Kael who is good enough for me to 2-key UNM on a budget unkillable setup (Kael, Frozen Banshee, Geomancer, Pain Keeper and Maneater). I built a Fayne to replace him but she ended up doing about the same damage in that team, which I'm still trying to figure out. She hits harder than Kael and has a decrease defense that the current team lacks. It might be possible that Fayne blocks poisons by adding a decrease attack debuff (since I keep my ME low accuracy), or alternately Kael is able to fill the debuffs to max on his periodic A1s. Oh well, it's not like Fayne would've pushed that team into 1-key territory, 2 keys is the best one can hope for on a FTP budget unkillable it seems.
Honesty not seeing too much benefit to going all the way to 1key UNM if you can one key NM and Brutal. 🤷🏻♂️ They rewards from hard CB are so weak that messing around with running it just aren’t really worth it even when I have extra keys.
I also replaced Kael with Fayne but in my case (thanks to her) the damage has gone up quite a lot because of all the debuffs she brings to the table compared to Kael.
@@fresnokila3 I think with Fayne it really depends on whether you can squeeze more damage from warmaster and regular hits compared to poisons. Kael will do more poison damage (even with the weak versions on his A1) and he won't block a 10th debuff with decrease attack that Fayne does (assuming the Maneater is low accuracy to not land his decrease attack). In my case my regular hits are pretty weak across the board so Kael does a bit more damage, in your case you're probably doing stronger regular hits so Fayne does more damage for you. Of course there are much better poisoners than Kael, but on a developing FTP account the options can be limited :).

I I have budget unkillable team with Nethril and Vizir so poisons are lasting all fight long...maybe I could replace Nethril by Chaagur who brings break def also ?

Fayne is definitely missing from this list. she's the Real minnie Dracomorph. Brings Defense Down, Weaken AND Decrease Attack. Plus two Poisons. Definitely needs to be on the list. I put her on my Demytha Unkillable and she got me my first one Key.
I would have put Zavia on the list even though her A3 block revive is not in play. I use her in my clan boss team and she puts up good poison numbers for me
I use Tomb Lord in all aspects of the game. His A3 with 100% turn meter depletion is so good. I have him in relentless and made him sooo good it is crazy!
Dark Kael does not have poisons on his A1. He activates 2 poisons or 1 poison and 1 HP Burn. Therefore, as a pure poisoner, he does not stand on his own. You do want a second poisoner or a second debuff extender. Same goes for Bad El. He is not a poisoner by himself. He needs help. Even if you put him in reflex gear. However, if you put in reflex, then you ruin his speed tune for cleansing. Fact is, he is primarily a cleanser and healer, that also occasionally tosses some poisons. This means, he should not be on a top 10 list. And that goes for Narma also. She too can't stand on her own. She does need help also. It is due to her limited random A1. If you want to make a top 10 list for this category of poisoners, you should place their poison ability as primary, and then their extra utility as secondary. With that said, and since we can edit and lock out skills. As a pure poisoner, Nethril is the number one for pure poison damage.
I dont have the best poison champions available, but i have been using Chani for A1 poison sensitivity, A2 big damage+hp burn, and A3 debuff duration increase Corps Collector A1 leach, A2 decrase accuracy, A3 3x 5% poison stacks Rowan, A1 meh, A2 4 hits, each hit can place a 5% poison Very excited i just got my hands on The Fat. He will replace Rowan i think
Might be a dumb question: I have Toragi and Dracomorph, but I always use Frozen Banshee and not Toragi. I use Rowan as well as my stun target for my unkillable team. So there’s a lot of poisons getting thrown out there! My concern is that there would be too many poisons that would go to waste after maxing out debuffs. Does that make sense? Would it be too many poisons on CB with those two? Should I stick with FB?
I had Dark Kael laying around for a while and finally built him out... probably one of the better/best DT champs among that batch. Surprised Venommage didn't make the list, but legendaries obviously occupy top slots. @DeadwoodJedi I asked about this a LONG time ago, building a CB team around poison explosion by applying/detonating poison debuffs in rapid succession. Obviously that doesn't work out with what we have available, but what about POISON ACTIVATION champs? Long time players have recently picked up Taya, but we also have Dark Kael and Venonmmage to activate poisons. I feel like there's potential there for CB or 21+ dungeons to be explored.
I’ve had pretty good luck with combining Kalv and DK for poison work since both are poisoning and extending which would be overkill except that DK helps burn them off. If Bateater wasn’t so slick I’d be super tempted to go back and play with a budget UK comp with both of those two in retaliation gear just to see what kind of numbers I can pull. 😂
Ok so 2 mins in and just want to say I have high expectations for ideas on replacing Nethril for my CB counter attack team. He is my weakest champ and I have several replacements being worked on at the moment looking to focus on one of them. Thanks for the great content either way! 😃
the only thing with fahrakin i wish was different is his CD. 1/3/4 is a super PITA to get the timing down. if his CD was 1/3/3, he'd basically never leave my CB team. :-/
I would argue that FroBan is better than Narma in an UK comp. Plus she hits the daily quest of having a rare on the team, and the investment is so much less obviously
I use FB in a 1:1 counter attack unkillable team. As far as I am aware no other poisoner would put up as many poisons as she does in this situation. I can understand her not being top of the list, but I think she should have at least been on there for being the best in some situations.
Vizier Ovelis would have like to see him on the top 10 list.... While ofcourse not a poisoner himself- once they are up --- It would have just been a Different kind of pick
Occult Brawler literally lives and breaths poison that sucker LIVES to poison I'm amazed he would not be ranked high...I maxed him as a poisoner but I don't really use him for clanboss due to the fact I don't have a defensive enough setup to keep him alive vs higher tier clanbosses!
I think Aox the rememberer beats out some of the champs on the list just based on utility. He pushed my CA team to easily 1 key nightmare (magic and force) and up to 2 key UNM magic, 2-3 key UNM force. His debuff extension is massive and increases the efficacy of all my other champs, he has a pretty decent heal, and he averages about 9 mill damage per key.
Anax tho! It’s a shame his passive can throw off unkillable and his defense is so lowwww but if you protect him, he does well over 12mil in just normal teams. Weaken, defense down, and two poisons for 3 turns. Increases his own attack and puts defense up also on himself

@@blighted8266 one possible solution for venomage could be reflex gear. Just an idea! Never tried it. Also refresh accessories if you have those.

Chaagur is missing. In the Myth Seeker comps I have my Chaguur teams doing more damage than Draco.

How you forget Fayne? She gives all debuffs and with the mastery she decreases the deff and weaken for 4 rounds usually

Zavia is comparable to Nethril. They give just poison, not unlike Frozen Banshee or Occult Brawler.

Without vizier to endlessly extend its not super great. I mean they are going to explode on their own anyway 🤷🏽♂️

I miss Venomage. Not only does she put two poisons, she has att and def down and 15% damage mitigation. Paired with Vizier she is my main DD for CB.

Occult Brawler literally lives and breaths poison that sucker LIVES to poison I'm amazed he would not be ranked high...I maxed him as a poisoner but I don't really use him for clanboss due to the fact I don't have a defensive enough setup to keep him alive vs higher tier clanbosses!

My boy Nethril is missing. 3 hitter A1 + Cardiel for ally attack make him go vroooom on CB.
Venommage should have been on this list decrease clan boss damage by 15% decrease def and atk posion explosion and 2 5 posions

Kalvalax and bad El kazarr combo
I think Aox the rememberer beats out some of the champs on the list just based on utility. He pushed my CA team to easily 1 key nightmare (magic and force) and up to 2 key UNM magic, 2-3 key UNM force.
His debuff extension is massive and increases the efficacy of all my other champs, he has a pretty decent heal, and he averages about 9 mill damage per key.
I will stick with Corvis the Corrupter.

Anax tho! It’s a shame his passive can throw off unkillable and his defense is so lowwww but if you protect him, he does well over 12mil in just normal teams. Weaken, defense down, and two poisons for 3 turns. Increases his own attack and puts defense up also on himself
My Anax hits 22-25 mil on UNM. He's amazing in block damage comps with champions like Warcaster, Roshcard and Demytha
