Leo dale -Two middle-aged, working -class Essex towny blokes. But of course, talent doesn't , or shouldn't stop just because you get older . They've been doing this for well over 25 years now.

Karl has always looked to me like he'd be this savage, sassy guy who could cut you down with a few words, but he's really a sweetheart who loves poetry
Waiiit , what ? I’m alone with my dogs and I’m embarrassed to have just now discovered that Born Slippy , Bigmouth , etc. are treasures that came from the same , the Same guys who gave us Doot Doot ?!!! When 1992-2002 landed on me I drove my roomies nuts with it. Had no idea that the iconic 80s song , … . Well , at least I’m consistent in my taste for music.
He such a sweet shy guy though. I had a brief interaction with him at a live show where I yelled lut we love you Rick from the front of the crowd and he seemed so genuinely caught of guard and he stuck his hand back out to me. And Karl pulled him foward and they hugged it was such a sweet moment I'll remember it forever
I like Underworld, but the only thing that's off-putting for me is the fact that the titles of most of their songs are totally non-reflective of the lyrics.
I can't honestly understand why there is a reiterated attempt to make Karl look 'to be defective'; from year to year I saw tears in his eyes, black teeth, foruncles, improbable eyebrows, sweat on his shirt...I'm in trouble for what's next😖😨😱
Heartwarming. And now 8 years later they're still killing it in the studio and on the road :)
I love how these guys look like two middle aged working class countryside blokes yet they make such beautifully youthful music

My correction. I didn't realise Rick was Welsh, so maybe your 'countryside' description was right after all Leo.
@@kelvinfoote9897 Indeed, but not everybody manages to keep that youthful energy alive after so much time :)
I allways thought Karl is a good looking guy. He is like 59 here and looking really good.

They bring light in
Good blokes. Good music. Choose life.
I love these 2. They made my 90s and my life so much better...

He does love poetry.
My favourite poem of his is the lyrics of Winjer
Just seen these two yesterday at Piece Hall Halifax.
What total legends !! ❤
Beautiful stuff!! Underworld has been with me through my whole journey. I'll never forget the exquisiteness. 😉😎🔥
Love Karl and Rick!!!!
2 humble musical geniuses. Love em. The Iggy Pop collaboration is superb.
I'm late getting into these guys and I'm kicking myself for missing out for so many years. They seem like such down-to-earth people.
Legends!! Hell yeah!
Much preferred them in Freur. Awesome unique take on music
Dance music's finest.
Without hesitation....
Thanks Guys

Karl still looks quite young, about 40. When is that Born Slippy performance from?
He is cute
What absolutely sterling human beings....
Ha, never actually seen Rick up close. He's kind of a goofy looking guy. And also the greatest musician of modern times, in my opinion.
They both look pretty typical British to me lol
DodderingOldMan That's a very bold statement to make. I've told you a million times......stop exaggerating.

Yes. 49 other ones just like that.

Awesome group. Where's the 3rd guy?
Alfie Thomas is who I consider the 3rd, but considering there's a long list, not sure who you mean.
Darren Emerson left after the release of Beaucoup fish. EXCELLENT band though!!!!!!!!!
The film was called Trainspotting, not Trainspotters love 🤦♂
