The look of pure joy on his nephew's face.... so uplifting! I really pray he can get his health improved and address his mental health and substance abuse issues. He played ball around the same time my brother did for USC, will have to ask if he knew of him when we get together for Christmas.
Thank you for the compassion you show the applicants who really seem to have made positive strides. My nephew is in Pelican Bay (arrested at 16 and given 46 years for a nonfatal school shooting) so I see it from both angles. Punishment is necessary, but so is getting these inmates the help they need to change the path their lives are on.

This is why I love watching your videos. Not many would bother to look up his basketball career. Quite frankly they wouldn't care like you do!! Amazing video ty so much for his background. Depression anxiety can be so hard I know I have had anxiety so bad I can't do the simplest things. It's like I'm too afraid to even open mail. It's so frustrating to feel so paralyzed by fear

@@mandoo1396 I just understand why he would have been so depressed he couldn't function. It's horrible to be in that dark place. While I don't excuse his what was said was a massive drug selling ring..I do feel bad that his depression was so bad that it was the 1st thing that apparently took his life off track. There is such a bad stigma attached to mental illness. It can make it difficult to try and seek help I would think especially if someone is a successful student and basket ball player. I hope he is able to continue to get help and find some happiness from the depression.
Ty for always being so kind about my long comments. Your content just really touches me.

Mando your Channel is the best one I've come across regarding Parole Hearings. You're in depth, detailed and spot on with your comments in my eye's. Thank you for the time you put in to research the backgrounds of the Offender you're showcasing. On a side note I absolutely love when your "Little One" comes running in the room towards the end. It's an added touch to remind other's that you're a Person just like the rest of us with real emotions. Your "Little One" IS NOT a problem or hindrance to this Subscriber and you shouldn't feel the need to rush him outta the room when it's so close to the end of your Video. Keep up the amazing work my friend ♥

@@mandoo1396 You are very welcome Mandoo. For me it's VERY important to inform the Content Creator's of the thing's you enjoy about their Channel and why you continue to follow them. So MANY people have the time to complain about this or that and bash a Channel but they don't seem to have the time to give positive input. My thinking is if you have all these negative thing's to say about a Channel then why do you continue to watch their Channel. My guess is that sometimes other's have a Crappy Life and express it outward by being negative to others INSTEAD of taking a close look within themselves to find the Issues and correct them to better themselves. Giving positive input to a Channel I think helps a Content Creator stay Motivated to continue to Produce Video's. I understand it's not easy to Maintain an Excellent UA-cam Channel. It's not like you just click on a Video and poof there it is. The time it takes to get ran by UA-cam and be approved isn't easy. They are quite picky and you can't say certain word's or do this or do that. It's a nightmare for many just like when you got shutdown. Good Grief what a pain in the rear. You're EXCELLENT with creating your Video Content and that's why I continue to RESPECT YOU AND FOLLOW YOU. Much Respect to you and your Family.

It may have been a non violent crime but it is NOT a victimless crime I wonder how many young lives he has helped ruin by suppling them with drugs.
If you listen to a court docket the majority of defendants have drug abuse problems which leads them into crime and a life full of misery.
Just remember when tucking into your Christmas lunch there will be drugs addicts whose only thought is how they can get some money for their next fix, many will be of no fixed abode so lets not feel so sorry for this drug pusher

This guy shouldn’t have been sentenced that long imo. I don’t understand why weed is, or ever has been illegal. Millions of people have been incarcerated over a plant that is far less dangerous than alcohol, and has so many medically beneficial properties.
This man potentially has a great future ahead of him and hopefully he will be able to focus on his health at home where he can eat healthy and go out and enjoy life.
He’s only two years older than me, and we are far too young to be wheelchair bound. Lol

As for his health problems maybe he should have sort help for his depression from the Dr's and laid off the food being that obese brings with it many health problems that he is now experiencing and while he has been granted parole he is going from one prison to another shackled by restrictions placed on him by his obesity.
