please don’t use a hardcase!! use sleeves or skins as an alternative. i read this somewhere and i think it’ll really help
“Plastic cases trap dust and debris inside of them and as they shift (which they do, because it’s never a perfect fit), they scratch it up. Moisture collects in there, not just from spills (which do happen and prevent it from being quickly dried), but simply condensation that builds up under the case until moisture is literally dripping out of it. What’s more, they don’t offer much protection at all. A hard case will offer a limited amount of drop protection as the cracking of the caseitself might absorb some energy, but the protection is minimal and is more than canceled out by the fact that people think they can be more careless if they have a case.”

@@ednaedwards9833 same. I’ve been using hard plastic cases ever since I got mine a year ago and there hasn’t been 1 scratch. I use the cases to PREVENT scratching, which it really does help. I think it’s a bunch of crap tbh.

I just got my Mac Air yesterday and I'm still learning how to use it. its my first Mac laptop and I'm a little lost here. I'm sure with time I'll get the hang of it. I'm glad I made the purchased it was money well spent

No, I did not. I’m too scared to put it too for the same reason. It’s my first macbook and it’s surely not a cheap gadget so I decided not to put one. I just wipe it constantly. But it’s up too you still if you want to put one just consider things first before putting it.

Really want macbook, but i play games a lot. Confused af which one should i buy.
I think it all depends on what things will u do like if gaming is your main priority i don’t think macbook is the one for u. as far as i know there’s a lot of laptop that are mainly for gaming.

I did not transfer any stuff from my old laptop since I wanted it to be fresh and new. I just uploaded all of my important files to my google drive. however, I think you can transfer your files to macbook. I think there are yt videos about this matter.

I am really not sure because I bought mine thru their website and I'm from the Philippines. There's no requirements needed so anyone can buy from the apple education website. Though at first I want to buy mine on US through my aunt since it's much cheaper but you need to be a college student to avail one if you plan to buy on stores. So, i think you can avail thru their website without any problems. Hope this helps :>

Hey, are you able to open the laptop completely Or is the hard shell on the laptop preventing it from opening the screen more than 90 degrees?
I can open it more than 90 degrees without any problem :)

the new macbooks doesn’t have many ports like for usb thingy or hdmi stuff it only have a usb-c port so we need to buy this usb c hub. all of the ports needed are all in these hub. hope you understand what I mean 😊

as far as i know safe naman umorder don since apple website talaga. pagdating sa return kung may damage i’m not really sure kung paano siya maibabalik pero parang pwede ka ata pumunta sa authorized resellers like power mac kung may damaged. yung akin naman fortunately, walang damaged :)

Wag mo gamitin yung keyboard cover Apple na mismo nagsabi na hindi mabuti sa macbook ang keyboard cover kasi masisira ang screen ng macbook enough lang kasi yung space between sa keyboard at screen ng macbook kung i-coclose mo yung macbook.

yeah I think so too, I only had my hp laptop for almost 3 years and when the battery is at 50% it shuts down and need to plugged it so I can use it. Also it’s super sloooow so I’m glad I got this macbook.
