The Wilsons, Pershing, Robert Lansing, and Henry, White ride to the Place de la Concorde. Reel 2, Wilson, Poincare, Lansing, Pershing, Gen. Bliss, Clemenceau, and Gen. Harts gather at the Murat Mansion. The Presidential party, including Amb. Sharp, proceeds to the Hotel de Ville. Wilson and Pershing acknowledge cheers.
