Good morning, Ed, thank you! I'm at "work" this morning running trains for the Memorial Day video that will be published Monday. I hope you will stay tuned! Bill
Another great video Bill, really liked the look of the Atlantic in the opening segment, Memorial Day obviously not a thing over here but any excuse for a special train is a good thing. Tim
Hey, Tim, thank you! Yeah, the idea was that this little video, which was originally supposed to be a "short," was designed to encourage folks over the Memorial Day holiday to look for the subsequent video scheduled to be published on Monday. The camera I used to film this short video would not allow me to record in the vertical format necessary to publish it as a "short" so hence, it was published in the standard long length video format. One of those things I guess I had to learn the hard way, lol! Yes, I understand that our Memorial Day is not a thing across the pond, but I certainly do appreciate your watching and commenting on my video. Take care! Bill
Hey, Mark, thank you! Yes, the short video was actually supposed to be a true "short," but I was not able to get the small camera I was using to record in the necessary vertical format, so I published it in the standard video format. I should have probably published it at least a couple days earlier so it could have perhaps received a few more views, but you learn as you go. Thank you for watching and commenting on my video. I'm working on the subsequent video which should publish Monday morning, so I hope you will stay tuned and watch for it. Bill
Hey, Joey, thank you! I learned about making "tunnel liners" from watching a series of YT videos published by Eric Siegel years ago. Have a nice Memorial Day! Bill
Hi, John, well I am pleased you saw it now. This short little video did not go very far so not many saw it before I published the much longer video. Thank you for watching and for your comment. The locomotive is a Lionel Missouri Pacific Atlantic. It is one of my favorites. Bill
@@johnlazar7582 Hey, John thank you, I did have a good day. Comments like yours always make me feel good after publishing a video. I worked hard on this one but must say I really had a good time running the trains. On this day in particular I always try to stay focused on the meaning of Memorial Day and I find it cannot but make me a little sad. I very much appreciate the men and women who gave the ultimate sacrifice so that I and my family can live the lives we now have. Although my days by far are good ones, I am at an age too that I find some days are better than others. Things just typically don't get any easier it seems. Perhaps that is the price we must pay for growing a little older each day. I certainly cannot complain though and I am sure my wife would wholeheartedly agree, lol! I hope your tomorrow will be a good day! Bill
@ozarkmidlandsouthernrailway Thanks so much Bill! I also focus on loved ones that we've lost over the years, and I'll never forget those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. Personally, I've been suffering from spinal stenosis, and today was a bad day.
@@johnlazar7582 John, I am sorry that you had a hard day. Health issues can be quite challenging. Years ago father once shared we me that one has to be pretty tough to grow older. I have to admit that when he told me that I really did not truly understand, but now I am starting to do so. I hope your tomorrow will be a better one. Do take care. Bill
Hi, Darin, thank you! Darin, while the OM&S is not actually a "tourist railroad," and does not typically allow the public to ride in its locomotive cabs, I spoke to the man, and we already have you in the cab of Missouri Pacific #5521. I would also tell you that channel subscribers always get to board OM&S excursion trains first! The video is scheduled to published tomorrow (Memorial Day). Thanks again! Bill
Awesome looking great 👍

Awesome video Bill! I would like a ticket for the Missouri Pacific excursion train. Are cab rides available? 😂 Can't wait to see your next video!
