OG winter projection is Kouros YSL, very powerful. Modern equivalent is Spice Bomb. In the 80’s many cologne scents came out. I lived in Europe and men wore cologne a lot, diversity of scents.
Hey man I think Savauge EDP projects better. Everytime I wear it even after a couple of hours people still tell me they can smell my cologne from afar. Yesterday, I was sitting in my car, wearing the EDP under a winter jacket, parked at a drive thru coffee shack. In Alaska, 15°F with a slight breeze, and the coffee girl smelt it through my jacket while I was in my car AS SHE WAS MAKING ESPRESSO IN THE THE DEAD OF WINTER. Lol
Got the sauvage edp too, yes its so strong, too perfumy for my taste but for night out use only girls opinions matter and sauvage has good performance in that regard.

Its important to know dry down times on your smells.. Some perfrom and project so huge when wet.. U have to practice wearing ur smells and know when to apply it and how long it goes beast.. Dont be afraid to ask your close friends . nose blind is real..

I didn't realize projecting fragrances was a thing. In this day and age of politically correctness you may be offensive with your fragrance. Especially since some employers are now strongly advising against using perfumes and colognes because for some people these are migraine triggers. Lot's of people saying that lately, they also say the more you use Sauvage the better it gets (performance and smell wise). I've seen a post on basenotes of a guy saying that the ambroxan components of the 7... and 8... batches were weaker (that's why it has weaker performance) but the 9... batches are "fixed" and the wolf is back :)

Good video. As I add to my collection I find myself getting away from nice smelling frags with bad performance in favor of some that might not be as high end smelling but perform like monsters.

Dude get the EDP it's a beast. I live in Alaska, and yesterday i stopped by a drive thru coffee shack before work. It was 15°F with a slight breeze I sprayed it on my pull over, and I was wearing a winter jacket over it. The girl making my coffee was able to smell it when I was in car, my mind was blown. Haha she was asking what I was wearing.
My 2016 bottle is a beast, and i tried new releases. Lol more flowery smell and it doesnt last either too

it stays on my clothes for over 24 hours too
Lot's of people saying that lately, they also say the more you use Sauvage the better it gets (performance and smell wise). I've seen a post on basenotes of a guy saying that the ambroxan components of the 7... and 8... batches were weaker (that's why it has weaker performance) but the 9... batches are "fixed" and the wolf is back :)
