My strongest clone is midnight oud by oud al zaafaran. It is a clone of amouage interlude man. It's by far my strongest scent, easily lasts a day in cold weather when using only 2 sprays.

As you noted Amber Oud Blue Exclusif is NOT an Al Haramain frag. I still see it listed under that brand name on a couple of major online sellers. I don't even think it's a mistake since many people assume it's Al Haramain. I'm guessing they do it so they don't miss out on any buyers if people are perusing other Al Haramain frags they will find it (and it looks so similar) as opposed to searching by the specific name for something from a manufacturer that only offer one(?) fragrance?

I think the most important for us buyers is if the juice is good . Good content I know this is old , but I will maybe check there Amber Oud Ruby. I say maybe because it's going for £75 per 100 ml for a clone ???. Everything's gone thru the roof price wise and I'd love someone to tell me WHY it seems a trend to re-formulate classics intro pale comparisons of their former selves , especially when it comes to Strength and lasting. For £80 I might as well buy Dune, yes although completely different It's always been a personal favourite. I've got maybe five clones and most were £25 with one at £35. I love Layton, so I got detour noir as an everyday alternative. On my skin, it doesn't smell as good. In the air, it's 90% on my skin it's more like 80% like Layton.
9pm only gets the sweetness somewhat right. It’s all sweet though. All the other notes, spices and depth that make Ultra Male special are just not there. It also smells more like strawberry as opposed to pear. I will say that if you layer it with a Herod clone like Alhambra Hercules or the Vocal Fragrances clone, you’ve got a killer combo. Thank me later ;)

Ventana is a very good clone of Dior Sauvage edt 👍🏻 Lataffa Asad, not that close. I have the OG elixir and side by side, they’re not the same…only similar. 9pm is better than the JPG ultramale believe it or not. I have both too. And the rest….I don’t care 😂
From what I have seen its the same. If you pay close attention there might be a slight difference because of the added chemical compound that makes the intense version last longer but you would really have to be paying attention to catch it.
I have both and highly recommend getting both of them. They're fairly inexpensive and great quality. 9am dive .. summer nights..wave summer days..both super versatile!
Asad is a strong performer but it isn't really that good of a clone. Sure the DNA is there but there's a lot missing and overall it just doesn't qualify as a good clone.
Milestone oud woody...dont let the ugly bottle and dumb name throw you off of this one. A spot on oud wood clone that just doesnt last as long but at $15 for 100ml (TJmax) its well worth it.

I don’t understand people saying Fakhar is a clone of Y Edp. It’s clearly more a clone of Invictus to my nose. On my own skin and even on my brothers.
I tried fakhar did not like it. Getting a decant of the real one now, as i heard great things about it.

As of late 2023, Detour Noir and L’Aventure are both still incredible. Can’t comment on the others.

If it doesn't have the Arab Emirates logo then it's fake because it's a middle eastern originally from Arab Emirates.

Yeah mine is from 09/22 and the performance is pretty weak. So sad because the scent is amazing.

Yeah they reformulated it because one of the ingredients was banned. So all 2022 batches are on the weaker side.

The Charuto Tobacco Vanille that I bought smelled awful contrasted to the Tom Ford. Went in the trash bin. Beware they are not the same.
