- Take a ride on Chiapas, Phantasialand's heavily themed modern Log Flume ride. Chiapas has three large drops with the tallest being 15m, the ride is themed around an expedition through Mayan ruins.
POV filmed with the permission of Phantasialand's marketing team, and filmed in 4K with hypersmooth stabilisation.

Respect for doing it in january. April wasn't better when it had only 8°C 😂 and we were on river quest that day. Arrived at home still fully wet.
I savoured every moment on this ride.

I've just been reading other comments & you seem VERY defensive towards this point lol.
It looks similar in the fact it's the same style of water coaster. That was my point. The theming & ride experience may be different but it's the same type of ride.
It's a Blessing To Be a Blessing I’m not defensive, just stating the obvious truth. There’s about 14 years between them, Chiapas uses much more advanced technology and is significantly better in every aspect, from reliability to ride experience. Valhalla wasn’t even a new concept when it was built.

I went to Phantasialand like 3 times and I have so many memories to this ride I love it! Believe I was between the age of 9-12.

we went there yesterday and our goal was to ride everything. It was rainging but fortunately not too cold because otherwise we couldn't have done this one. it was sooo awesome

Last time we visited Phantasialand I had a really bad cold (no voice and coughing my lungs out), it was december and we booked the tickets really early and I said "fuck this shit, that cold is not gotta stop me!" 😂😂😂 got drenched by Chiappas and screamed myself literally dry on Taron.
Bye bye voice once and for all, but that was totally worth it! (riding Taron in the dark is so epic by the way!)
BTW I was better a few days after, so nothing to worry about 🤣

Honestly I've never visited a Disney Park :D But I watched videos about the theming, because I love theming and decoration in parks so much. But Universal wins against disney and PL against both :p

I don't think it makes too much of a difference on this one, they can lower the water levels when it's cold.
