The person in the cadillac is the german UA-camr "Hand of Blood", who is a friend of the EC guys.
You also saw him in the "Hypa Hypa"-Video
The only one you can see from the band is the drummer in the trunk of the car. Johncrwarner already explained why.
Also there is a "MC Thunder 2" from the "Hypa Hypa"-EP, but except for the protagonist and title the song has nothing to do with this song and was recorded back in germany.

was their drummer
who when the videos was made had
just won the German Bachelorette Show
(the rose was, I believe, a reference to that)

They said in a couple interviews that there was a lot of tension in the band because of the old singer. He was the one forcing the rest of the band to do serious and sad metalcore songs while the rest of the band just wanted to go back to the beginning where they were just a group of friends having fun and writting songs about what they think and feel. Sad songs when they're sad and funny songs when they're happy.
Thats why they parted ways with their old singer and why they now can enjoy what they're doing, even if they wouldn't blow up like they did.
The thing that always gets me is David in the trunk. Lol. Plus the rose to play on the fact that he won the German Bachelorette.
From what I gathered in various interviews, it seems like Sushi, the former singer, wanted to do serious songs while the rest of the band wanted to do funny songs so, due to both parties feeling constrained by the creative differences, they decided to split. There's no bad blood between them and both are better off now. You should check out Sushi's new band, Ghostkid.
The old singer from EC has his own Project now. It's called Ghostkid, maybe you should watch something from him too. I saw Ghostkid live last year and it was really good. I'm gonna see EC next year for the first time live in Dresden and I'm absolutely hyped for that.

It´s the departed singer Sebastian who does the vocals on this track. Definitely check out the song Crystals from back then escimo cowboy in which he is god tier imo.
