Rather let God guide you through His Word; mature in your relationship with God, then you can get guidance from God as to when you are ready.

Thats disrespectful His first wife seems to be a genuinely Godly woman. What does the bible say about testing every spirit. When one is called to lead in the body of Christ we need to have some accountability. As others can follow thinking its ok. At the end of the day it boils down to what the Bible says.
