I wanted to buy cookware for my LG CONVECTION MICROWAVE for BAKING my CAKE as I thought we cannot use REGULAR ALUMINIUM CAKE TIN IN MICROWAVE. But, I saw you purting Cake Batter in Normal Aluminium Cake Tin & Putting it in MICROWAVE....Can we USE Aluminium VESSELS in MICROWAVE? I usedto think - we cannot use STEEL/ALUMINIUM VESSELS IN MICROWAVE....pls share ur expert advice🙏🙏😊
Microwave has 3 modes + 2 combination mode.
Microwave, Grill and Convection
1. You have to use Microwave safe bowls and baking bowls in "Microwave "mode only.
2. While baking in Convection mode. You can use regular cake tins as your Microwave will work as Convection oven in this mode.
You can make cakes in both the modes but when we say "bake a cake " it is Convection mode.
Cake can be cooked in microwave mode also ... it takes 8 -10 min or 2 min for a mug cake. But recipes are bit different.in this cake make sure cake containers or mug is microwave safe.

Hi, it depends if you use same oil for frying. For a family of 4. 1 lt mustard oil and 1 lt desi ghee per month is good... + - 5 days according to consumption.
