  • The Dior is 5 colours and not 6 as i stated in vid, sorry.
New Chanel trio blush, highlighter and bronzing powder with comparison. Do you find that some Chanel powder formulas hard pan very quickly? would be interesting to know your thoughts.

I have a tip for you to avoid products hard panning. What I do is wipe my brush off on a towel or cloth before I go back in for another application. Hope that helps!

Accidentally stumbled on your channel while looking for reviews for Chanel Les Beiges palettes. Regarding the hard pan, you can get a piece of clear scotch tape and tap a few times on the hard panned surface. The tape will pick up the top layer exposing the normal powder. I Repeat as needed. I hope this will help you bring back your lovely powders back to normal and you enjoy them for a long time. BTW, I use Chanel compact powder for many years, and those always hard pan. So, this problem conducive to not only new products.Cheers

Thanks for letting me know. I'll give that a try on the blush, which is pretty unusable at the moment. 😃

As I have said I had hard pan for a Chanel round blusher..... I tried the sticky tape hack but that drives you nuts and sometimes does not get all the hard crust off! I chucked it out and it was not a year old!
No.... these $$ companies have to get their chemists to make all powders sebum compliant. They can do that!
Still sitting on the fence about getting it .
Oh I do love the older one.

Thanks for commenting and I'm so glad, it's not just me having to deal with this although, I'm not happy you have experienced it to.
I find that even when I scrape off the hard surface, the underneath just ends up hard panning again.
I will keep you all up to date if I start to see any evidence of this.
The older ones are fab and do not hard pan at all.
