It's good but I think you could do a lot more but insulating the under side of the van and also adding tables outside along with bins etc.
I think it will be great if tutorials on how to design a good food van ( must haves, sanitation, water etc etc) are provided along with cost to do such transformation.
There are so many people who would prefer to be self employed do away with those thelas if you know what I mean?

I have a few questions. How much did the whole repair and makeover cost? Just wanna know if it will be worth buying a used one and getting it custom made like you or just get a new one.
And where did you put the water tank?
Also I noticed something. The top-frame over on the front is there in 2:33 but no longer there in 2:35. Why was it removed? And again its there in the final product.

The water tank was installed in the top frame. It was initially put to get the frame made, later on removed to get the frame body cover completely done.

Do you have fire control system.
Do you get the batter from base kitchen.
What precaution do you take for the batter getting rancidity and sour. Do you have them in ice case.
Do you have generator space if required.

U could have added some thin plywood in the interior walls ceiling and floors also steel finish walls for the stove. Painting exterior u could have used patty to cover the nail holes better to remove the body separately for painting good job but need some detailing for finish cheers
