To me this is actually her saddest song, just because I relate to it so much. I'm 16, and I sometimes think about the future and just get so sad because I'll graduate in 2 years, then after that I have to get an actual job, probably go to uni, not see my friends as much etc. Then when I move out I'll miss seeing my family everyday. But the thing I'm most sad about is leaving who I was when I was younger. Like I said, I'm only 16 but sometimes it feels like my whole childhood is already gone, and I miss just being care free and playing with my sisters, spending days on end reading without caring about wasting time, because I still have my whole life ahead of me. But I feel less and less like that every day. And I miss that.
that’s completely understandable! try your best to live life in the moment-which can be hard due to the circumstances we’re in-but these moments don’t have to be big! enjoy the smallest moments and try to make as many memories as you can. 🥺
