- What is cooler, the amount of angle the car has or the air jacks?
We are getting closer and closer to completion. Sadly, we won't be competing in this car for the first round, but fingers crossed for the next one! You can't rush perfection.

I watch alot of car builds but this is insane having the ability to design your own parts and being smart lol the parts a insane. I feel this car will destroy tires really fast
Drill and tap that willwood stuff and make it right, J/K looks sick! Can't wait to see it. Makes me want to find a clapped out vette project car
That angle looks like an RC drift car.
It looks like the rack has more travel left than right…
The suspension looks great. Can’t wait to see this thing moving
Putting people on blast 🤣
12:30 every shop has that one chair missing a castor
Love seeing the editing coming along. Everything going in the right direction. 👍
Thanks 👍
Outstanding work!!
Thank you kindly!
Quality build.
Nice rack location 😉
Good progress as usual.
🔥
About that how the ball joints are connected to lower control arms. Should you use doouple nuts on the rod end so it doesnt change aligment? When you loosen up those goldish nuts, the other ones come also loose?
Awesome build! Shoulda’ built two, one to run, another to keep pretty for SEMA, PRI, etc..
When will suspension components be available?
War gaming / planning a project for a car I acquired, at present, and would like to discuss it. Best way to reach ya’ll?
Tried calling sales and tech. Left messages, but no response.
That lock would make parking a breeze. Do you do anything for a Holden Captiva?
👍
Breaking my little weeb heart every time one of y'all says "Kansei" like that.
But actually where do I get those sway bar spline bung things?
You said E40, what year and model do I need to search for? The pivots look like it might be narrower than my Mustang II.
the brain power that went into this build is just insane.
would this rear set up work with a normal brake set up?
Yes the caliper mounts bolt up to the knuckle no problem! And thank you🤟
you mentioned the stock gas tank, is there any plans to address the issues many of us corvette c6 owners have with the fuel sending units in the stock gas tanks?
What issues specifically would you like to address?
@@FDFraceshop mostly just that the stock sensors go bad in the tanks and require dropping the entire tank in order to service the sensors and fuel pump which is an invasive and complicated job on these cars especially on the automatics. I just recall you all 3D scanning the stock fuel pump assembly. I didn’t know if there was a way to make the design more robust and mass produce it for us c6 owners.
@@JonA-ii8wo yes we sent the scans to nuke performance to make a drop in pump setup. Without the crossover or torque tube I can drop this tank in about 2 minutes so it won’t be to much of a problem
Do you have 3d models of the stock C5/C6 front suspension(arms, knuckles, mounting placement, ect)? I cant seem to source models / geometry dimensions for c5/c6 front suspension and would be willing to buy some. I'm planning a swap that will use c5/c6 like suspension geometry for a 1967 mustang restoration I'm working on. I could buy a c5/c6 dropout but want to use this as an opportunity to learn and mill custom arms / modular knuckles on my new langmuir mr-1 that I've been cnc milling on for a few months now. Your setup looks amazing and is truly an inspiration to us attempting to design and build our own setups.
Yes I have all the scans, send us an email
