The new event that is coming is pretty much a treasure hunt at 12th August. Because i bet RNG will give me currencies and flags anytime soon to laugh at my face. So yeah velos and Georgia is better than i get nothing. Georgia is my pick and I will be patient to get her.
Peach has a high HE fires chance in 40% range as I recall, so I play around with that Fire Build w/Lyons you had on the Massy, when it clicks, its hilarious at 80% sand short reload
Maybe I miss heard you or it’s that I’m not a native English speaker but I calculated how many Drachmas you get from the campaign with admiralty backing and calendar. The numbers I got was 4500 from the campaign with backing and 1500 from the calendar. That’s 6000 Drachmas which means you only need to buy two champions kits for 1000 doubloons each to get 6500 Drachmas to get one of the ships. So you only need to spend 4500 doubloons to get a ship I believe.
I love Georgia. I am also very happy with my AL Colorado, and AL New Jersey commanders. I'm not wasting anymore resources on yet another new US Battleship commander.
I've had the Siegfried for roughly 3 years when I acquired it as a campaign ship...it's a very, very good heavy cruiser that can brawl like a battlecruiser. I think you'll like it very much once you acquire it.
Just got it for free out of one of those champions boxes! Got slapped the first few games with it initially. Armour isn't the greatest broadside. really easy to citadel. Ended up using a Jaguar build. So far so good.
I love rhe ba Montana i got it from my 15th crate and having a 22 second reload, 14 second rudder. Speed boost and 6 super heals is insane. Ba Montana heals are 1100hp per tick
My favourite and most played tier 7 BB. I use New Jersey + Arthas ( fighter plane )/ Cunnigham inspirations and away we go. I may have to try the new american commander tho. Extra heal and fighter plane could be spicy 😆 cheers! 👍
I heard that 5000 is the maximum amount of the event coins (dachmas or however they are called). With the battle pass/campaign you should have 8000 event coins. (Georgia costs 6500 event coins)
Why yes, YES, I got it. Wish to see the Ohio, but very happy to get the Georgia. I’ve decided against Belfast 43 in lieu of possibly picking up the Siegfried. I have the Belfast so wish to pick up a different ship altogether.
I got Georgia, but I don’t know why, matches seem to last very little when I play her conparing to other BBs. I guess it’s just a flow of bad luck, plus the fact that I try not to play her too aggressively, given she is not tanky at all. I hope it gets better because I have like a very risible 70k average damage with it right now. Fortunately I haven’t played enough battles to make it unimprovable.
There are 3 commanders I'm looking out to buy (AL New Jersey, AL Nelson, Henry J. Hide) and this ship(=Georgia) is great with AL New Jersey which makes it more valuable for me to buy than the belfast and Siegfried. It is also somewhat a very unique ship because it has the highest AP maximum damage.🧐
Georgia with this new commander is nuts. 21sec reload with Italian commander inspiration Gets down to 19secs after you take some damage And with AL scharnhorst I feel no loss on accuracy. Just bullying the enemy flank
I went with siggy as i have the Georgia-w , in the small sample that i have had the Siegfried is an amazing heavy cruiser. Georgia is an excellent ship and i would definitely recommend her out of the three! How do you feel about belfast 43 vs Siegfried?
So I (finally) got the Georgia after your video. But I have the feeling I'm doing something wrong bc it seems like I bounce an awful lot of shells with her. Cruisers, BBs, doesn't matter. First time I run into this problem. Anyone who can help me? It's really frustrating.
Campaign 2500 coins, campaign gives back 750 coins, calendar gives back 700, campaign cost 1050 doubloon. And i got: Velos (i don't care), Georgia (i care a lot) and a fuckton of crate in wich i got Resistance (nice t6 premium ship), sharnost B t6 battleship (awful), De grasse (meh) t5 cruiser, and the agano (is nice, i wanted to start that branch of japanese cruisers). 1050 doubloon for 5 premium ships and 1 normal ship (the update still needs to end, and there are still a lot of crates).
Aigle & Independence are NOT worth the 6,500 Drachmas as Tier 5 ships. They should be cheaper. Wargaming's pricing is rather suspect yet again... One will get more for their time & money by acquiring the Georgia, Siegfried & Belfast '43...all Tier 7 ships that generally cost 17,500 doubloons in the store making the 6,500 Drachmas an excellent bargain, unless one already has all of those ships. However..... There IS another 70% Off coupon available and to get it you have to win 60 battles in Standard or AI mode so that's also quite fantastic. Again, I recommend using that particular coupon for a Tier 6 or 7 ship to get the most out of your money.
I agree. In my quest for the Borodino and Georgia, I picked up 4 destroyer drops, Gallant, Kidd, Charles Hughes and Aigle. The price in Drachmas for those would be ridiculous if they are dropping in crates.
Was just playing Georgia last night--and flat out knocking the bejeezus out of the opfor. I wouldn't sleep on this one if you don't have it, especially if you like BBs.
@@Thunderone22 probably. I’ll probably end up covering the campaign ship and Borodino before that. But Belfast 43 was also slightly buffed so it’s on my list to look at again.
@@Skendo2326 I think Siegfried is fun but questionable. And if you’re gonna use all the Drachmas for Borodino, you probably have to buy the rest of the Drachmas to get any others.

I guess it depends on what you’re looking for. Yes and no. There are trade offs. AL NJ will massively buff the AP shell damage and this new weeb woman will buff the reload time. So it’s hard to say what is better or more useful. There is a case to be made for both.
The only carrier that works for me is the Zuiho sometimes, but heavy AA will de-plane it. The Enterprise isn’t great, but does print planes mostly. But to my point, *the vast majority of tech tree CVs are worse than pre patch.* If AAs aren’t too strong then the Russian CVs fair okay, but generally get de-planed every match. I’ve pretty much stopped playing CVs, having only picked up the game in Feb and concentrated on them. The time I get hassle from CVs is the premium ones. It’s clearly a play by WG to promote pay to have fun.

Carriers have been ruining the game for almost 3 and a half years now 😂 But yeah, really sickening getting focused and spotted by someone that you can't do anything to. There is no hard counter for CV's and that has absolutely thrown off the balance of the game. These guys don't listen to the fanbase for shit.
Save the currency until the last week. Thats good advice for any of these events.

My favorite US BB. It’s a fast flanker and plays like a BC. AL New Jersey is still the best to take the most advantage of US BB accuracy.

That’s 6000 Drachmas which means you only need to buy two champions kits for 1000 doubloons each to get 6500 Drachmas to get one of the ships. So you only need to spend 4500 doubloons to get a ship I believe.
There’ll also be drachmas available from the web event. So you should be able to get it for free.

I've decided to go for Siegfried. Its more unique than "battleship with big gun and fast reload", and I think I'll find more fun in it.
Good choice honestly, that thing absolutely slaps! It's essentially Bismark in the form of a cruiser.

No lie, played 12 games last night and was focused for 9 games by the carrier. Makes me want to uninstall lol
