Congratulations, Mike! Very nice your store! I've been a designer for a long time and I'm trying to start my business in the area of stickers too! thanks for the video!
I have an Etsy store & participate in their advertising program. I also advertise on Facebook when my budget allows. Signage on my truck has also been successful in the past, along with "cold calls" to local businesses.
Hey there I would like to know how your Epson labels hold up like decals for outside use in hot climates like Texas do you have any inside in that? Thanks!
They hold up okay but the bright colors fade in the sun after a few months. It needs to be laminated to be out in the elements all the time otherwise it will start to wear quickly. Kimdura material holds really well with no lamination. There are a bunch of different type of materials the label printer can use & you will get different results depending on the material. Basic BOPP doesn’t hold up very well in the Texas climate. I would use Kimdura for chemical drum labels or applications like that if it’s stored outside.
thanks for the video mike. I just got started with mine as a hobby. Still learning. I just bought a portrait 3 today. Hopefully its as good as your cameo. Is it better for me to buy a inkjet printer or can I just use my Hp laser color? I need help with design process.
@@mikesstickers could you tell me what format is the best for vibrant pictures when designing ? should I get an image in pdf format or png? im trying to make cards for my friends baby shower. the images never come out as vibrant as how it looks on the computer though
Congratulations, Mike!

My question is how are you getting clients? Where do you advertise? Can you share?

No it is not & I no longer recommend using those methods.

You can definitely use a laser printer. The toner cost might add up quicker though.
