I think every young kid has to go through the eventual realization that living with friends is never a great idea. I've seen so many friendships be destroyed because friends decided to be room mates. Not saying you hate your friends, but sometimes, things are better from a distance.

Facts. You don't really know someone until you share living spaces with them. Doesn't make them bad people but every household raises their children differently in regards to living standards. Again, doesn't mean you can't be friends but there are certain things even friends can disagree upon when living together and that alone should be evidence enough that living together probably isn't smart nor ideal.
Which is why I think for MOST romantic relationships, you can't call it "serious" until you move in together and see how your relationship either grows or suffers from that point on. You reallllly don't know someone until you live with them ha.

I had a bagged RSX for the longest time and then I got a truck, probably the best decision I've ever made. I was able to lift it up, put some big wheels and tires on it. Then I ended up getting a boat to tow and its been the sickest. Ive been in your exact same spot debating to keep or sell the car youve worked so hard on. And its been nice stepping out of my comfort zone on a vehicle.

As someone who just recently got into a type r all I can say is I have no regrets! It’s pretty quick, looks good, and has decent space. Type r would definitely be a good choice if anyone is thinking about one!

I went from a brz to a CTR and i love it. Do it kaz you wont regret it. I haven’t sold my brz because i feel they both give different forms of satisfaction when driving, but i looooveeee the ctr. very few cars have the performance, handling, practicality and reliability of the CTR for the price range.
I have a weekend car that is a pain in the ass to drive and also a daily hatchback that is super practical. Having the cheap daily is sweet, not having to worry about breaking shit when you drive over a pothole.
I could see you with a black TRD pro Tacoma. Having a car and a truck is the best of both worlds. You can drive low and high and switch it off, just don't neglect one over the other.
Get the TRD Pro 4Runner! Perfect for traveling, overland camping, and no worries about scraping ever! Also you can mount your bike and travel!
Love the esthetic in your room. Gotta keep going bro, while your not hurting anybody. Their is no need to hold back.
Kaz you could post 1 video a year or 40, I’ll always come back and support you. Project car to consider should be an overland build, maybe a 4Runner or Tacoma. Will still allow you to tow the brz around. Keep your head up homie and keep that motivation going. We’re all here to support you
4Runners are reliable and utilitarian. If you enjoy cars and the driving experience they give you, I wouldn't get a Runner. I've gone through my phases. From Honda's in the mid to late '90's. To a bagged Sienna and a slammed full size truck and sport bikes. I'm right back to a fun car (2019 STi) because I truly enjoy the driving experience. Being almost 41 and having a kid, practicality is important. But I also want to enjoy driving my vehicle. I'd say the Type R is a great choice. Still fun and fast. But reliable and practical.
I should add some context here. I sold Toyota’s for a living. I’ve driven every modern day Toyota. And while they’re all extremely great, reliable cars, they’re not exactly checking off the excitement box. If you do get a T4R, I suggest going with either the TRD Pro or the TRD OffRoad. Both extremely capable off-road trucks with bullet proof reliability and a comfortable ride.
I got a 2020 Honda Civic Si. I can confirm this car is underrated, and is a great option if you don’t want to chuck up type r money. Mine is currently tuned with an intake and downpipe and it’s pretty damn quick!
I also forgot to mention something I wanted to say..... I know exactly how you feel. It’s like, I like these things but I don’t give a fuck anymore if you’re expecting me to do them. I want to do them for myself. Trying to keep up a false persona eats you away and it’s not worth it. Tacoma TRD off-road bro! Picked up mine about 3 months ago . Got a 4 inch lift big wheels and tires right away I love it . Used to have a wrx . Have an e92 M3 now and the truck is amazing man . Don’t know what took me so long . I think you’ll go crazy seeing all the shit we can do with these trucks ! And the mpg is not bad at all
I honestly love how Kaz is showing alittle bit of that vulnerable side there's nothing wrong with being organized but between that and his willingness to open up to people that watch his channel really speaks to me as to how authentic he is.
