FYI there's a way of holding binoculars (especially porro prism glasses like these) which is generally amazing, but would probably really help steady these high power glasses. With the strap on in case you drop them, hold the binos closer to their "shoulder" with just the side of your hands below your pinkies. Hold them up to your face in a manner that then lets you cup your hands all around your eyes as you look through the bino eyepieces. Think of the position of using two hands to shield your eyes in a very bright environment. Your thumbs will end up on your temples. This almost completely blocks light from coming in from the top or sides while also steadying the binos and making it easier to hold them up for longer periods. Its a really marvelous technique.
@@reiakristinejimenez4870 Excuse me so I can give you an opinion from someone who loves astronomy and who has great binoculars for this task. From my own experience, I would recommend the Celestron Skymaster 15x70 binoculars. I'm sure it will surprise you in a very positive way, both for astronomy and terrestrial observations.
@@reiakristinejimenez4870for stargazing...BIGGER (Objective) THE BETTER.... I have this and celestron 20x80...and for stargazing later one is amazing....same magnification but more light.
We’re going to Big Bend in a couple of weeks ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxSt0aBrzyS1nxONvwm1e0u7ZDFD_eypAO so I bought these to use during the hikes, didn’t want to miss anything. As you can see by the photos I tested the phone adapter by taking a phone of a power pole on the next block and you can see the results. It took a couple of minutes to line the phone camera up to the eye piece, there’s a bit of a learning curve, but once it was longed up it stayed in place without any issues. So far I’m impressed with the feel and the weight, the neck strap is wide and soft so it feels good on my neck. I look forward to using it with my friend and grandson in Big Bend!
For this much magnification you need a tripod. They shake so much. Have you used them the see Jupiter and it's moons? I have other brands of 20x50 Jupiter looks so cool.
FYI focusing one lens and then the other is necessary for all center-focusing binoculars with a diopter adjustment feature (which is most binoculars btw). Its not a distinct or rare feature.
I need to buy one of this. I need to know two questions: Question 1: Is is heavy to carry for long period of time? Question 2. I will use it exclusively for Astronomy. Is it nice for Stargazing? Please let me know ASAP.
1. It's not that heavy but the strap can get uncomfortable because it's sharp. 2. With a tripod mount you'd be fine but freehand I would imagine it would be hard to stargaze.
@@joseluisbrear.5196 For astronomy I recommend you a binoculars 20x80. Obviously it's heavier and more expensive, but not that much more expensive. You will get a much closer approximation.
Honestly, it was years ago and I cannot remember. I had to Google what that is. They are cheap binoculars so I imagine the quality control varies unit to unit a little bit.
They just kind of fold out over the eyepiece itself. It's hard to explain. Set your index finger and thumb near the glass on then do the reverse of pinching and spread your fingers and the rubber will pop down haha
It's kinda shaky so a tripod couldn't hurt. I used them against the car door (through the rolled down window) for super long distances. However even free-standing it's not a deal breaker. You get used to it.
@@striker1211 thanks a lot mate... Two more question... Does this higher magnification causes less input on colours and make image dim? And what's your fav binocular?

I've this bino since 7 months and I love it. I usually watch birds and do stargazing at night with this. 😎

Cam you get other straps to fit the binoculars
Which i's the best. Celestron 20x50 or 20x50 Bresser Hunter???
Celestron 10-30x50 binoculars, does the image clarity deteriorate much at high zoom?

Bom binóculos. Só achei a borracha das oculares mais duras, machuca a área dos olhos.
Olá Ederaldo, a aproximação dele realmente é boa, qualidade de imagem ok, há algum outro ponto negativo além das borrachas das lentes oculares?

My 20x50 is not as good as this lol
lol what a trash compared with a leica trinovid, poor image quality
The Leica Trinovid is a 10x42 (10x32/8x32/8x42) and sells for quite a bit over 1,000$. And yes compared to that gem the Celestron is worse.
