So plants I keep in pot with drainage hole and I keep in another pot without drainage hole.so did I need to empty excess water in pot after watering Specially for hanging ones

ZZ plant care video already uploaded.please check.Some houseplants can root in just a glass of water, however, rooting ZZ plant in water will likely result in a rotten cutting and isn't the best way to establish new plants. They need to be in well-drained soil or the newly forming rhizomes will mold and fall away.Once your ZZ Plant has grown within a half-inch of the planter's edge, or if you start to notice exposed rhizomes above the soil, you may want to divide the plant. While you can also repot the whole ZZ into a larger planter, dividing allows you to create two, or maybe three plants out of the original ZZ.
