The choreography feels natural. Best ff14 dance video I've seen this year.
I'm reminded of a comment on the first K/DA video: either they used real dance data to animate all five of them, or they individually animated all of them. A shortcut you can use when you're animating parts where all the idols are dancing the same thing is to use the same data for each idol, but that leads to an odd, unnatural uniformity in the dance. In this, some of them don't fully extend the arms, there are some slight mistimings, slight imperfections. Ironically, those imperfections make it feel real.

@@kidwizard145 Yeah this is entirely custom rigged animations, probably sequenced by scripts to get it timed right. Still incredibly impressive, this would have taken a lot of work.
Modded animations, after you start said dance, you do /gpose and it syncs them all.
This probably isn't even done completely in-game. There are external tools that can be used to insert custom animations and such.
@@TheRogueX It isn't emotes from ingame, it's a mod that reskins a looping emote with a custom one.

Hi :) We recorded the same dance in different places, then I used a video editing software to make the song match the exact transition moments depending on what scene I wanted. Like a patchwork of videos all synchronized to one song.

How do you do this
It's a mod that replaces an emote already in game. Then you need a few friends and some time ! Make some glams, then calibrate everyone's emote and position in Gpose and let the magic happen :)

@@dynamitice4448 Yes the Neo-Ishgardian Top of Healing. And the tank top that does the tattoos on the right arm is the Skyworker's Singlet. A few of the skirts you see around are also the Southern Seas Skirt.

When they're on the Costa Del sole beach, that's the farie joi glam bought from the mog station. Similar class specific undyeable variants drop from Shisui of the Violent tides dungeon in SB. It's still a pretty popular glam that alot of people have, even though it's older.

Nope =3 only thing I have modded is the hair style. The skin tone is (if the bottom line is line 1) line 10, far left =3
