I have one of these Addiesdive's and for the price it's an absolute steal. Looks great on many different straps too. Enjoyed your honest review, thanks.
Never got the cyclops at all... unsightly... imho anyway! ☺ Great looking watch in spite of that, been looking at it too, but soo many great watches... 🤩
I bought a white one on sale and wear it way more than expected. I bought a NATO strap from amazon the same day I ordered the watch never planing to keep the bracelet but ended up keeping the bracelet on - its not great but so much better than expected.
They couldn't at the price. by the time you pay more for the better movement and maybe an upgraded crystal it starts to loose some of it shine . The best thing about it is how cheap it is IMO.
Thank you very much for this review! I also thank you for the heads-up on the issues that may need attention on arrival. I am looking for a Rolex hommage right now and I am torn between PD's offerings (the models I have shortlisted are all automatic with the venerable Seiko NH35 family) though a little pricier. I have this watch too on my list which will save me about 15% of the initial outlay in comparison. Will you please advise which is the better option? Thank you for your kind guidance.
I had a funny QC issue with this watch. The date function works and is certainly legible but I can't set the date. I didn't have this problem with the same movement in my old Duro. P.S. They're now shipping it with the Addiesdive logo engraved in the case-back. It looks good but is rough and takes some getting-used-to.
Awesome review, I personally love Citizen Group, and the Casio Duro on a Long Island Bracelet. Having a Miyota 2115 Quartz movement is familiar, as I have the Casio Tiffany Blue, and my beloved Duro. A 2115 is reliable, and will still be more accurate than a legit Rolex Submariner. I also recently got the Steeldive 1953, and I absolutely love it, it’s just a little too nice to wear as a work beater in my opinion, so I ordered the Addiesdive Submariner. These will hold me over until I get a Steinhart and Rolex Submariner, and even then I’ll still be wearing these homages for work, daily wear, questionable places. 👌🏼
I've seen this kind of watch at Amazon and I'm really impressed of the quality you are showing us 😃👍🏼 Seems to be much better than my old Lady from Invicta 😏 I think I have to get my hands on this 👍🏼 Thx a lot for showing
It's a average quality watch, edges are sharp. Too heavy and thick for a quartz watch. Water sipped in after swimming. No value in my country. Not even $5
With due diligence,I've found quartz Invictas for way,way less! I've used them to sweeten deals! Some call theese "The new Invictas" but theyre nowhere near as easy to get "Yet"
Same movement in the Casio Duro - Miyota 2115.
I took this watch diving to about 20 m and into a 90 c sauna. Swam in the sea with it. It held up. I love it. Cost 39 Euros. Best buy of 2023 for me.

Mine came today. Very impressed. Really going to enjoy it.

you can take it off with an exacto knife

The whole package was better than expected.
If they put sweep quartz movement, i will certainly get one

Does it have micro adjustment on the clasp?
Best watch thank you
It's the model H3QZ. Great value for money as a daily beater, for vacations, etc.
Great review!
I got the watch is absolutely awesome for the price I cannot falter I'm happy so far😂
One review of this same watch said it had a sapphire crystal and later said it was mineral! it was Steve at Escape wheel!
Probably an honest mistake.
Automatic and mechanical have a AR coated sapphire and the quartz option has a mineral 🙂
Amazing value and although I know it’s a homage watch, it does look great
Agreed

Do you think the hands are too small?
Slightly, but at the cost its hard to really blame it. I see plenty of $1k+ watches that have hands that should be longer.
I don't know where you bought it but I have one and mine has a logo on the crown and on the case back too...
I think they're on their 3rd version now. How long ago did you buy yours?
@@hammondwatch2808 I think I received mine on last january or february...
Same with mine
I wish they have second and minute hands slightly longer.
Would be nice.
Doesn't it have the same quartz movement as the old Casio 110, which just happened to also be my favorite beater?
What size clasp is this 18 or 20?
Just bought this for £23 bargain?

Yeah, at the price point I would imagine there are going to be more than a few QC problems.
The case back isn’t a problem for me I don’t even feel it, it feels amazing actually 😅❤
What glue did you use?
I used a small amount of Gorilla Super Glue Gel. Its thicker consistency makes it easy to work with.
Hello. Since you've opened it, could you please tell me what is the size of tool you used to unscrew the back case? How many mm is it? Thanks.
His fingers 😱

My pleasure. It really is incredible to see what Addiesdive is able to provide at their price point.
@@DocRobotnik Nope. Just a mistake. That said my comment is true for Pagani, Addisdive, Steel Dive, San Martin, and Cadisen.
If only all the lume was BGW9. It would be perfect.
A $100 in Australia
Poor workmanship, edges are sharp, like wearing a knife. Not a refine watch. No value. I rather buy a citizen or seiko
