Where does the verse say 'young 'girls' or young 'children'? BTW, have you heard of the word 'amenorrhea'? This actually shows that the Quran is/was well ahead advanced of time and is certainly from God. Isn't it? Another miracle of the Quran.
I'm always glad whenever an uninformed muslim reacts with disgust to the verses about Aisha and the waiting periods, the "water not impure by anything", or the racism and slavery against the african people, or the sexism. The fact they react that way shows that they are morally superior to the supposed "example of perfect morality" they claim their prophet to be.
This is rather like when people say free palestine when they are referring to the people of palestine because palestine is a region that doesn't need to be free
Palestine was the name given to the Holy Land by The Roman Emperor Hadrian in 134 AD Israel was called Palestine as derogatory name b the Romans and he scattered the Jews throughout the Roman Empire and Jerusalem was renamed . When the Jews set up their government again in Jerusalem on the 14/05/1948 it was then brought back to the original name of Israel. Now Palestine ceased to exist as Palestine but was now known as Israel.
He’s repeating an argument from someone else. I heard it before too. They think that the place where Christian’s was crucified was not in Jerusalem proper not realizing that the city was inside the land. Outside the city was still Jerusalem. It’s based on ignorance.
Avery already explained the meaning of Jerusalem as representing the Jews even in the old testament but somehow all of what he said just came out of the other ear of this abdool. He questioned again about Jerusalem like he didn't hear anything. They don't have the gift of listening. Or maybe they don't have the capacity to understand.
