@@peteranders6893 We need an actual Center. Kyrie would an excellent addition as well. LeBron and occasionally AD can't provide the offensive punch we need
@PeterWilson-c3u and when exactly does that guy play with LBJ and AD, when your best perimeter defender is Cam Reddish? You can't play Cam with a traditional big. Gabe Vincent forgot how to shoot a basketball. Can't play him either. As great as DK is, he is not a good defender. AR? Gets owned all day every day. D'Lo? You see what we look like with LBJ running the show for 35 minutes? He can't do that any more. D'Lo has always been necessary. D'Lo is also just as bad as AR defensively though. So you add a big and take away a perimeter player right? I don't understand how you guys think this will work? It won't. We had Andre Drummond and had the worst win rate then. We had DeAndre Jordan and after half a season sat at .500 with massive defensive issues and we still had 2-way wings then. We don't any more. You are all talking about nothing besides how we need a center and without defense on the perimeter what you get with a center is the inability to space the floor. We had the most clogged offense ever with both Jordan and Drummond alike. You are just taking AD's space away. You clog the paint, so no more Lebron driving for easy points. Guards and wings can't cut anymore. The middle is packed. So we end up Lebron watching and getting highly contested bad shot after bad shot. Offensively you now got a team still getting the rebound and your transition defense consists of AD under the opponents basket. Not great. But now you got an even slower traditional wing plodding back, next to him is lazy Lebron, who is thinking chase down block or safe the energy for offense? He will safe the energy for offense, because you will have none. Okay what also is left with your league's worst transition defense after you take away DK or AR on top of that? Well there is good old little D'Lo and probably in the best case scenario a fast AR, who can't jump and challenge any shots at the rim either. You want to set new records? Because you will. Just not the kind you think. After makes, if your 2 bigs can't even get back now and we rank worst in the NBA, you want to add one more big to that? Defensively you now have just one or two bad defenders on the perimeter over before trying to get at least one semi okay defender in there. We already struggle mightily with the entire league defending set plays against more explosive guards and wings. When we are on defense the other team can pass the ball around happily, run down the two or three guys that can play on the perimeter and then at any time they can shoot over D'Lo or the other perimeter defender, if there even is one after you add a traditional big. We already hurt mightily with Rui or DK out there and constantly get dominated on the perimeter. AR is not doing any better at PG at all. We tried that, we crash and burn even harder. But now you put a center on the court? That fixes what now? Teams can already attack a weak perimeter defense with some work. Lately they can also attack LBJ, who is a bit lazy on defense. Now they can also play the high screen and roll against a center that is on the market precisely because the advanced stats say they are a net negative being switched on by guards and forwards all game long and the few extra rebounds they get do not make up for it. And AD is getting 85% of those on defense anyway. So the positive will be that you get maybe 3 more rebounds defensively and maybe 3 more offensively. Okay for this you pay with worse transition defense, worse perimeter defense, worse offense through clogging the paint, opening up even more attack paths for the most used plays in basketball today and you think that is what we must do. That is the clear path to victory in your mind? I really don't understand what is going on in people's minds any more. Maybe I never did. Please explain why we need a big. To stop Jokic? Embiid can't stop Jokic. AD can't stop Jokic. Prime Shaq would have a hard time stopping Jokic. What about everyone else? And take away D'Lo tonight and this team ends with 50 points literally. Add a center and they get 55 points and 4 more rebounds? I mean I really really don't understand how you even think this will work out theoretically. We had Rondo, Bradley, Caruso, KCP and DG, who can all play defense really really well ranking in the top 15% and some among the best 20 guys in the entire NBA. With Caruso and KCP you sure can play McGee and have Lebron direct and coast. Works just fine. Now you have D'LO and AR ranked around 120. You add a center to that and you are playing 4v5 on offense with a super clogged paint and 3v5 on defense with all avenues of attack wide open for any team. Shoot over guys? Check. Slice and dice us up like Russ did? Check. Burn perimeter defenders, take it to the rim and make the open pass Houston and Orlando style? Check. Keep the ball moving and take what the defense gives you Warriors style? Sure run D'Lo and AR into the ground and you win. Switch onto worse defenders or slower guys in 1v1 taking turns like Dallas and Boston? Go right ahead. Play fast and hard like OKC and Sactown? Of course. You put that center out there with AD and Lebron and you will absolutely 100% for sure get a defensive rating of 128+ in the current NBA and drop to the last place on defense. Offensively you will be 15 points worse as well. You will have a nice little -20 point differential, miss the playoffs and GG. Yet 97.5% of all Lakers fans can say nothing else ever besides, we need a big bruiser. Even Trevor, who thinks he understands basketball, too, can think about nothing else all day long. That's why we have the roster we have. OGA goes for 2 good players and 2 2nd rounders. Caruso goes for almost nothing. KCP leaves for some cash savings. Bruce Brown sat around doing nothing. Now Herbert Jones will get picked up. You constantly see top wings hop from one place to another and the Lakers NEVER EVER TALK ABOUT ANY OF THEM. Would love to have him. ABOUT THAT CENTER WE NEED...all day long every day. What is wrong with you guys? It's because of you guys, who all know basketball so feel, that 90% of the fan base thought we had the best off-season and 4th is the bottom, because "we have all the wings". In reality there wasn't a playable wing on this roster until DK joined as a rookie. What you guys think are "all the wings" is having no wings at all. And what you guys think is the logical fix, that big you want, is the best way to start competing for top draft picks like San Antonio last year. When we were getting rid of every good 2-way player on a good contract and every wing we had constantly for power forwards that are damn near unplayable or a constant stream of different bigs that sit on the bench all game long the entire NBA finds good athletic wings on good contracts and in LA it's like thanks for your services Blake, but we want to see Castleton stumble about some more. It's utter lunacy paying Max 8M per year, when Caruso cost 10 and one first. Please study up about lineups. Please learn what a wing is. Please look at all the other teams sending their centers away and dominating us with athletic 2-way wings. Wake up.
Nobody wants J-Hood, not even the Lakers. They didn't pick up his option for a reason. He played okay last night when the Lakers roster was depleted, but he's a G League level player. Torrey Craig has been efficient this season, and when the Bulls give him playing time he can still go for 10-15 points a game. Even at 33 he is worth more than J Hood, who has only made 1 shot this season and played 14 minutes total. Re Vucejivic, that would be great. But again, even at 34 he's averaging 21 and 10. Rui isn't enough for him either. We would have to give up more than those 2 guys to make it happen, but I like the idea.
Absolutely not. Ingram is a good player, but we need wing defenders for clutch time in games and another big. We need Jakob Poeltl from the Raps even if it means we need to give up a first round draft pick
What does BI do for us? Back up big?❌ Two way wing?❌ Wing depth?❌(cause you likely lose Rui in the trade) Two way guard?❌ Bench scoring?❌ He addresses none of our needs. All he really gives you is scoring and the lakers are already one of the best offensive teams in the league. I also don’t see him as that good of a fit with AD post Bron. He may be cheap for his level of talent due to him wanting a max contract but just cause something is on sale doesn’t mean you always have to buy it. Especially when it’s not something you need.
@ being tall with a long wingspan doesn’t make you a two way player. Being good offensive and defensively does. And BI is defensively rating is worst than LeBron
I says yes, because he's a good player that can help AD & LeBron as a 3rd scorer.. as far as defense we struggle.. so y not get a 3rd scorer with Dealton would be 🔥
@vicraids1096 They can. They beat the Suns, Timberwolves & Kings. But on a consistent basis, yes, I still think they need more 3&D players & a decent center to make it to the western conference.
@@kushajustabird7337 The playoffs are a completely different environment. Only the top 16 players at their position are in it. That makes players such as D’Angelo Russell get exposed as he’s done these past 2 playoff seasons. Then there’s the bench. The top 16 benches in the league are neck and neck, thus separating the lakers even further in a series of 4 against the best. Then you must account for the sheer rigor of the playoffs, constantly having to play at a high level back to back against the same team in front of you,not faltering to fatigue or injury while winning the mental battles, not falling to team exploits in mismatches or disadvantages. This roster won’t thrive in the playoffs as-is.
He’s tall, can get a bucket.. we need that when Lebron is gassed.. or AD is out off the floor.. Reaves doesn’t play much defense and I Like Westside Kenct better with his 3 shooting..
He should get the max, it’s a small market team so pay for a player who doesn’t come around too often. He’s not a top 10 player but he’s all star talent and some teams don’t even have that.
Have we ever seen a Franchise with a wish list of players they once had and let go? Pathetic! I’m sure I’m missing more!!! 1. Ingram 2. KCP 3. Caruso 4. B. Lopez 5. Clarkson 6. Zu 7. Kuzma 8. Dlo (returned) 9. Pippin jr (still mourning his loss)
Great buy low candidate and if it works out LA could easily resign him or its salary cleared off the books. I don’t see anybody giving the max to Ingram. He would instantly become our 3rd option and a ceiling raiser. LA would still be able to go get pieces on top of that like a Dennis, DFS, Sharpe, or Kessler
Guys just think about this starting lineup Ingram,Reaves, Knecht, LeBron, and Davis can switch A LOT and his length can Defend Micheal Porter the laker killer
Bigger Question - Are We Building around a 40 Year Old LBJ or Building around Knecht/AD???? My Opinion - We should no longer be Building around LBJ and LBJ needs to accept/embrace His New Role as a 20/8/8 Scorer that plays 30ish Min a Game.
They supposed to build around AD but i dont think the front office trusts AD as a franchise player. AD has proven multiple times that he is not a 1A type of star. He is a second option at best in any team. Dude is inconsistent and disappears in big moments...he wont even demand for the ball. 1A players usually take over games and drop 50 when the team is playing badly...on the other hand AD will just sit back and enjoy the ride when the team is playing badly...he has done it too many times to be taken seriously as a franchise player
Build a real contender around bron should is the only choice . When he leaves we will be back to the post Kobe days …. For years … this isn’t a front office capable of a real rebuild
@ - I don’t think 🤔 We should be building a Team around a 40 Year Old, whom I think will be retiring after The 25/26 Season and whose Game has been understandably Slipping - Defense is Bad/High Turnovers/Can’t beat Defenders off the Dribble without a Pic or Bully Ball. His 3-Point Shooting Numbers and Triple Doubles deceive a lot of The National Media whom only watch His Highlights.
I'd say yes, for Dlo and Rui plus filler. No picks (maybe seconds). Let BI prove or die in the Lakers spotlight. We'll worry about next year next year ;)
It’s a solid trade option. Not my top choice with higher usage rate, iso play. He is really good though and versatile. They want to drop under the luxury tax so I’m assuming it would also need a 3 team trade (maybe a buyout works?). Curious what else we might be able to acquire if this were to happen. Not really expecting this trade though.
I see the number 1 issue being perimeter defense. I would love to see the Lakers go get Marcus Smart. Ingram imo would be plan B. However, I like K4 at SF and Rui playing off the bench with Lebron's minutes reduced, giving Rui more time at what I would consider his ideal position while getting better minutes out of LeBron.
Although I love Ingram's game, we have to evaluate potentials. 1. Talent Potential 2. Injury Potential, and we've seen throughout his career his injury potential has overshadowed his talent, which is why contenders are scared to go all in on him.
Trevor I think at this point you need another main focal point on offense not just AD or bust most games. LeBron unfortunately is about to be 40. We HAVE to start pivoting to the future doesn’t mean we can’t have LeBron explosive games but we need young star talent.
There's some things to consider with this roster: 1. You do need a bruising big. The lakers should prioritize building around AD and not Bron. 2. You also need big 3-d Wings 3. Can Lebron still be your 2nd option at the age of 40? Lakers are too dependent on him as the 2nd option and that's something that we should be avoiding to limit his minutes.
Absolutely not. He didn't work for the team the first time around and he won't work this time. There were offensive chemistry issues with Ingram. The Lakers need a bench. Rather than bringing in a 3rd pseudo-star who requires more ball usage in order to be effective, the Lakers should use that salary to add depth and shooting. They need a big who can spread the floor, and they need three-and-D players. Ingram will also demand a max contract and although he's a good player, he's not worth crippling the team. The Lakers would also have to send out more salary than they can take back being a 1st tier apron team. Can we just admit that Rob Pelinka messed up a few seasons ago big time by not trading for Kyrie Irving and letting him instead slip away to Dallas? The Lakers would've had their third star and solved a lot of their issues competing in the West. The Lakers should stay out of the Brandon Ingram sweepstakes as it ultimately doesn't get them out of the quarter-finals in my opinion.
I’d love to bring back another Baby Laker but the one I want most is Zubac but I’m not mad at getting BI or even JC from the Jazz. Just depends on what we give for each
BI is a ship that has already sailed. Just because he is going to Klutch doesn't mean he is Laker bound. C'mon now! This isn't a grand reunion tour. Might as well trade for Kuz, Hart, Lonzo, etc. Saddest part is Pelinka is the one to have to trust in making moves!
are you crazy they NEED Ingram. He will make things so much easier for Lakers offensively so that players like AD and Bron are more rested to play good defense.
@Alex-kk3ny Our offense is fine. We cant just rely on Bron and AD for defense. A center should be our number 1 priority along with a really good wing defender since Vandos been injured for eternity
@@Slapshot544 you gotta take the talent and see what happens.....Everyone thinks defense is a MUST but let me tell you the 2021 Brooklyn Nets played ZERO defense and they would have won the NBA Championship if both Harden and Kyrie didnt get hurt. @@Alex-kk3ny That's a bad comparison. Those Net's were on another level offensively. If we got Ingram the offense wouldn't be as legendary compared to that Nets team Ingram isn't on any of those guys level. We don't have prime LeBron we need a more complete team if we wanna actually compete
@@Slapshot544 thats a fair point i forgot this isnt prime LeBron. Yeah okay get a Center but WHO.....Ingram is still better than getting nothing. AD will have to play 40 mins every game in playoffs

I’d prefer cleaning house (Keeping AD LBJ, Knecht, Max and Cam) for Vucevic, Levine and Finney-Smith in a 3 team trade sending a 1st to Brooklyn. Bring Quincy up and let’s win the championship . Sooner, the better chemistry!
Just the fact that BI is an expriing contract and you can free up that if he doesnt work out is very great. Ofc it will be benefitial to resign him because you are giving away stuff for him. But its not a bad thing if he doesnt work out or walk. You free cap space plus lebron opting out will let you sign a dignificant free agent.
I wouldn't mind but you would need 2 things in new contract. All NBA clause that boost him up heap of money if he makes all NBA and or a declining contract. For example 35 for the first year and second year. If he makes all NBA it boost up to 40 for the next 2. If he doesn't it goes down to 15. That way if he is playing lots of games he will be worth it.
I don’t even watch the Lakers but doesn’t Dalton essentially effect the box score the same way Ingram would? What the lakers really need is a star center. Like an 85 overall (to use 2k terms).
Knecht is a knock down shooter. BI is an all around scorer who handles the ball good for a forward. Knecht is a better 3 point shooter but BI is the better all around scorer and player.

when BI was with the lakers hes was 2-3 option with lebron and he was averaging 20ppg. hes played with bron before so whats bad about it. i think hes better than kuzma and can facilitate when bron resting
This is an absolute no for me. I have no issue with BI himself, but you'd be giving up a lot to get him, and reducing your depth even further. Far better to make a deal with the Nets and look for multiple playable pieces in exchange for opening up additional roster spots while allowing them to dump salary.

Wake up.
Not a bad trade but there are better options. Need 3 and d players on low salaries (DFS, Divincenzo, cam Johnson, Lonzo, Bruce brown)
Lakers need to trade off Klutch players, especially Lebron, if they still care about winning.
Yes , he gives us another ball handler to give Bron rest , another scorer , another shooter , he can guard 1-4 , and he can grow long term with AD
YES! I've been a big B.I. fan since his rookie season and I was really bummed when they traded him.
Yes i still have my ingram jersey hes better than what hes done. Remember AD sat out in New Orleans it sucks there
Rui and JHS for Nikola Vucevic and Torrey Craig
Not a terrible trade.
No, our priority is getting another big man, and a two way wing, not an overpriced, injury prone forward.
BI is a 2-way wing
Yes, i just started the video. They prolly want expiring contracts too. Give em Gabe, Vando, Dlo, JHS, n a First. Right now
Vincent and Vanderbilt aren't expire and are both worthless
Absolutely not. Ingram is a good player, but we need wing defenders for clutch time in games and another big. We need Jakob Poeltl from the Raps even if it means we need to give up a first round draft pick
So, we're bringing back a bunch of our young core that we drafted? Who's next kuz or Lonzo?
lol i rather jordan sparks
Lonzo maybe
What does BI do for us?
Back up big?❌
Two way wing?❌
Wing depth?❌(cause you likely lose Rui in the trade)
Two way guard?❌
Bench scoring?❌
He addresses none of our needs.
Ur delusional he is def a 2 way guy
@ lebron and Dalton Knetch have a better defensive rating than him.
Calling a 6’9 guy with a 7’3 not a two way wing is crazy.
@ being tall with a long wingspan doesn’t make you a two way player. Being good offensive and defensively does. And BI is defensively rating is worst than LeBron
I says yes, because he's a good player that can help AD & LeBron as a 3rd scorer.. as far as defense we struggle.. so y not get a 3rd scorer with Dealton would be 🔥
No. Why are Lakers fans in such a hurry to make a trade just for the hell of it? They have a winning record. Patience.
It's clear they can't beat the top teams in the league as currently constructed.
Sucks to be a small market team. They got brandon in the ad trade, and now he dont want to be there unless he gets a max.
He should get the max, it’s a small market team so pay for a player who doesn’t come around too often. He’s not a top 10 player but he’s all star talent and some teams don’t even have that.
Bring him home and Lonzo 💜💛💜💛💜 Lakers for Life 💯
Even if he signed for $30 million a year on a new deal, I’d rather have Jeremi Grant. His fit and archetype is much better for our team.
No way he is not aggressive and or consistent enough for who you would have to move off of
BI my favorite laker player since Kobe 🥲 9:17
Have we ever seen a Franchise with a wish list of players they once had and let go? Pathetic! I’m sure I’m missing more!!!
1. Ingram
2. KCP
3. Caruso
4. B. Lopez
5. Clarkson
6. Zu
7. Kuzma
8. Dlo (returned)
Nope we didn't need another big money player we need depth as many role player we can add to help a aging LeBron and AD
He's had injury issues -- but is also one of the best players in the league .. he'll get a max deal somewhere.
Wrong team be crazy to give BI a max deal
@@Deepsouthlaker no I'm right .. there are numerous guys with max deals that BI is better than
Dont do any deals just BLAME LEBRON AND NO ONE ELSE
Sale out
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I want a superstar guard we that can create own shot and shoot off dribble from 3. We haven't had one since Kobe which is crazy
yes, this and big center to guard jokic and nurkic types are our greatest needs
We could of had dejounte murray but they coveted reaves more than we should.
@@sebfrett1005Dejoubte Murray is far from a superstar
Don’t really need a superstar guard just need a star guard lol
@@DjTIMEJDhe’s an all star level guard , I think that’s what he meant , because there’s only a handful of superstar guards.
We dont need more firepower. We need hustlers who can defend, shoot and rebound. One big man and one wing player. That's it!
Walker Kessler would be a better option for us now.
Its cuz of his load
No. Inconsistent and injury prone. Hold your assets for a better player
I just want the Lakers to get Cameron Johnson & Dorian Finney-Smith!!! 💯💯👌
We need a wing defender and a center
Lakers very need two big center 7'2 or 7'4
Trevor I think at this point you need another main focal point on offense not just AD or bust most games. LeBron unfortunately is about to be 40. We HAVE to start pivoting to the future doesn’t mean we can’t have LeBron explosive games but we need young star talent.
We had all the young talent in the world, sold them off, now want them again...lebron has driven this franchise mad
We need a center. Simple 💯
No please don’t….🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
For the money he’s asking Zach Levine 10 times better player….!!!!
I say no. Anytime we’ve played the Pelicans, Ingram didn’t seem like a catalyst. He was just out there, I barely payed attention to him.
lol Must’ve Barely payed attention to the games. He’s averaged 24pts 5reb 5 assists against us in his career
paid*
There's some things to consider with this roster:
1. You do need a bruising big. The lakers should prioritize building around AD and not Bron.
2. You also need big 3-d Wings
3. Can Lebron still be your 2nd option at the age of 40? Lakers are too dependent on him as the 2nd option and that's something that we should be avoiding to limit his minutes.
Bring Him Home!!!Yes Yes Yes we should have never let him go. I still got my Lakers 14 ready for him!!!
He did work for the team just was better than kuzma so pels took him
I’d love to bring back another Baby Laker but the one I want most is Zubac but I’m not mad at getting BI or even JC from the Jazz. Just depends on what we give for each
No, Lakers dont need ingram
BI is a ship that has already sailed. Just because he is going to Klutch doesn't mean he is Laker bound. C'mon now! This isn't a grand reunion tour. Might as well trade for Kuz, Hart, Lonzo, etc. Saddest part is Pelinka is the one to have to trust in making moves!
Vanderbilt was one of our best players, give him time and do not trade him
That mofo been hurt and is an offensive liability move his ass
Hell nah. We need a center and more defenders
are you crazy they NEED Ingram.
They were Steamrolling the Bucks and almost beat them with everybody hurt. Ad, Bron, Ingram and Knecht is an avalanche of offense that can beat teams 130-124 just roll with it and see what happens. I say they win the title the same way 2021 Nets should have.....obviously this assumes HEALTH for the top 6 players
All is about cost! Rui, DLO, and Gabe would work. Maybe a second round pick but no first.
Lakers need vuc from bulls
Pelicans aren’t trading with us anymore after the AD trade
If BI says, “I’m only going to and resigning with The LAkers”, They will have to Trade Him to US or lose Him for nothing,
As much as we all probably love Brandon Ingram We gotta keep in mind fit here
Just the fact that BI is an expriing contract and you can free up that if he doesnt work out is very great. Ofc it will be benefitial to resign him because you are giving away stuff for him. But its not a bad thing if he doesnt work out or walk. You free cap space plus lebron opting out will let you sign a dignificant free agent.
When he was a laker was his best chances to win
I wouldn't mind but you would need 2 things in new contract. All NBA clause that boost him up heap of money if he makes all NBA and or a declining contract. For example 35 for the first year and second year. If he makes all NBA it boost up to 40 for the next 2. If he doesn't it goes down to 15. That way if he is playing lots of games he will be worth it.
Not sure if this is possible
I don’t even watch the Lakers but doesn’t Dalton essentially effect the box score the same way Ingram would? What the lakers really need is a star center. Like an 85 overall (to use 2k terms).
😂😂 hell nah Knecht can actually shoot
@ points are points. Averaging 20 points on 3s is the same as averaging 20 points on dunks
@@Guyyyy2027 facts , atleast bring 75ovr Dwight Howard or Javale McGee back, better than 60ovr koloko
Knecht is a knock down shooter. BI is an all around scorer who handles the ball good for a forward. Knecht is a better 3 point shooter but BI is the better all around scorer and player.
@@truckerstar24Not defensively. Knect is better defensively.
No injuries are too high. Also I think we’d have to give up too much for him.
Fire 🔥 Rob Pelinka! 💪🏽 Vando, Wood, JHS, and Vincent, Have all Been Total Busts! 👎🏼 Lakers Are a Play-In Team Who Need to Trade For a Big and A Wing to Support LeBron and AD!✌💜
1000% procent, do a 3 team trade where they get vuc and hayes. We send out AR gabe and vando. And 2 sec9nd round picks. Perfect trade for us and them
I feel like it depends on who can trade for him if they can get him without letting go of AR he can make up for d lo and rui
Rob should get a documentary for making our brains hurt with how complicated he makes his job . I would understand if he was a wizards or Cleveland gm where u just have to land picks hit on the home grown
100% give up Reaves and DLo for him
G: Bron
G: BI
F: Knecht
F: Rui
C: AD
This would be a crazy starting 5
Absolutely. D-Lo, Gabe, Vando + 1st unprotected for Ingram. Reaves, Knecht, Ingram, Bron, AD (bench) Olivari, Christie, Reddish, Rui, Hayes/Wood use the other 1st & JHS to go after Kessler
Rob Pelinka you should execute a trade for Brogdon & Valanciunas or Sexton & Kessler.. We need these type of guys that can star on there role and help AD & Lebron.. Matchup wise against denver i like Brogdon & Valanciunas..
I don't think.its such a great idea for the Lakers to be giving out first round draft picks....those are our developing players which we badly need.
How about bringing back some of these guys, boogie cuz, dwight Howard, and Schroder? We need defense a center and point guard
There is an interesting buyout player we could focus on that could solve our big man problem and point of attack hear me out…..
Buyout candidate ben Simmons
You can play him at the five on offense and defensively you can play him 1-5 allowing lebron to play the 4 to make this lineup work all we need to do is grab trae young or Zack Lavine for outside shooting
Zack or trae
Connect 4
Ben Simmons
Lebron
Ad
Off of the bench
Cam
Vando or reaves
Etc
Only if Pelicans don’t ask for an arm and a leg
when BI was with the lakers hes was 2-3 option with lebron and he was averaging 20ppg. hes played with bron before so whats bad about it. i think hes better than kuzma and can facilitate when bron resting
No!
Stop playing with us Trevor. We need DEFENSE.
The question should be;
What defensive player can we go after?
No, BRON will have him traded again
The Lakers don't have to sign every Klutch player. They need a center, improve the bench, and someone who can replace Vando.
If you can get him without giving up dlo knecht or Reaves I’d say do it
This is an absolute no for me.
I have no issue with BI himself, but you'd be giving up a lot to get him, and reducing your depth even further.
Far better to make a deal with the Nets and look for multiple playable pieces in exchange for opening up additional roster spots while allowing them to dump salary.
Yeah , Lebron & bronny for Brandon
You do this move in a heartbeat
This shit is wild. Didn’t Brandon Ingram stand at the free-throw line versus Indiana the whole crowd yield LeBron going to trade you.
I can't see how any deal for BI works for the Lakers. Either too much money or not quite the right player or both.
Gotta start thinking post-LBJ roster. That said, I’d still go with a young center, whoever that might be.
If lakers can steal Alvarado with the deal or a guy like Herb jones these guys defense would help so much
No-Way...No-how. Trade for the sake of a trade. BI doesn't fill any of the Lakers major needs and they'd need a major contract to keep him.
Just because someone goes with Klutch doesn’t mean they’re playing in LA. BI didn’t want to play with Bron.
