Amazing! :D Thank you for sharing ~~~ Your works are mind blowing. + My curiosity about what fun things can be achieved through Pd+Gem has been cleared up!
Thanks for this. You should try Touch Designer it is very similar, I have been using it with my Cycles and it is great and will put something up on my channel in a few weeks. With Pure Data do you know if you can get MIDI/Data from the other control knobs - I can only get it from the Delay and Reverb plus the Tracks only.
I've been creating Audioreactive Visuals with TouchDesigner for a while, and honestly it seems more complete and intuitive than PD, (In the Visual and Multimedia aspect) possibly that perception is due to the fact that i don't know the PD workflow well, and I'm wrong, what is your opinion? I have covered the sound part with Ableton + TD, and my hardware machines. I should continue focused and learn much more TD, Or do you recommend learning PD, to complement?
I'm using ‘purrdata’ on Windows. I recommend it if you are a Windows user. This version comes pre-included with GEM. If you are a Mac user, I recommend PD vanilla. If that doesn't work, check out my free video on Patreon. Link in bio.
I started to learn pd+GEM after watching your videos. Didn't know the object line until now, it will be a great addition to the patches, thank you!
Thank you. Line object makes all the difference.
Many thanks for the breakdown, excellent work as always and really appreciate the advice on getting started with PD Gem 👍

Thank you for your advise. Touch Designer is for the future. PD is fun now.
I can get the MIDI data of all the gray knobs with the PD 'ctlin' object.
@@suiteru Interesting, I will have to see if TD has something similar to 'ctlin'
@@rgrant 🌝🌝🌝 That is, whether it can handle MIDI CC messages.
