Thanks for the video..Could you please help with the info about list of difference between having Citizenship and PR. I mean if someone keeps their PR forever and never apply for Citizenship then what's the disadvantages in short and long term of living in Germany on PR.
Thanks for watching our video. Main Difference is with citizenship you are not answerable to go out and come to Germany anytime. In PR you can stay outside Germany maximum consecutively 6 months only. With Citizenship you can go to any country like USA, Canada, Australia and can stay easily where for Indian passport you need more paperwork. Your children will have more opportunities if they have German passport in future ... and so on . I know its very tough to decide as India do not have dual Citizenship concept.

When i check visa categories it shows Blue Card to ke in India.. so can I now apply Blue Card directly from here, if I have a job contract with minimum required gross salary?
Also, I am applying with my dependant, but the document check list is very confusing.. do you have any list for documents for primary and dependant?

Hello Madam India ki BCA ki degree Germany me valid he kya, uiux design me, two years ka experience he to blue card ke liye apply kar sakte hai to minimum salary kitni hogi.
Thanks for watching our video . Yes, BCA is valid in Germany. But to apply for Bluecard you need to find first job in Germany. And salary should be more than 45000 Euros.
If we lose the job after 2 years of holding blue card. Still we need to go back to home country in 3 months? We paid social contribution more than 2 years correct so can we not stay for longer than 3 months to search job?

As EU blue card is the concept for whole EU so that is why they have 3 months but you can always check with Ausländer Behörde whenever someone lost job its completely in their hand. Sometime they can say leave country immediately as well . That is why its always better to get German PR in 21 month the reduce the risk.

Is it D-visa stamping ??Please help.

Hi, Thanks for info, I am holding EU Bluecard and currently working in Germany from past 15 months, As I understood that I can apply for Germany Bluecard after 21 months(with B1).
In future after 5 years working in Germany(with all required contributions), if I want to move other EU countries(to settle) and I want apply EU PR(as I will have more job options), Can I apply It or as I am holding Germany PR is it sufficient..? Do I need cancel Germany PR and apply EU PR ..?

Thanks for watching our video. Once you got German PR you cannot switch to EU PR. So better to target EU PR if you do not want to stay in Germany for longer term.

Your dependent will get PR when they will be eligible for PR. To get German Nationality you have to live in Germany at least for 8 years also you need German Language .please check our video.
