Flew from Seattle to LA to see them in Dec at the Troubadour and it was easily one of the top 3 shows I saw last year and I feel like all I did was see music. They are all around amazing and it shocks me they don't have a million followers minimum. Every track is a "blast with windows down" track.
So glad someone makes music like this still. And at this level of quality too. It's so important to keep the styles and sounds we love alive even if it's not at its peak mainstream interest. Thank you for another great work of music.

This song was the anthem I played to my then boyfriend as we journeyed in my car to Dallas to see the eclipse a few weeks ago. I told em this was us, nearly cried as I played it. Then like in a story book, during the eclipse, he proposed, and I of course said yes! Happiest day ever! And our journey didn’t stop then as my car broke down that night on the way home to Oklahoma. And even though it was raining, we managed to find a mobile mechanic who took his final call of the night for us and came out to get us on the road. Drove home after that in the pouring rain, but he was “riding shotgun in my car for the getaway”, all got lost for a sec there but I was lost with him, and it’s all that mattered. Thank you for this beautiful song, it came at the perfect time ❤️❤️

I am nearly 40. This song strikes such a powerful chord in me and has so much nostalgia. It has made me feel and remember things I thought were long gone and dead. It's beautiful and bittersweet.
