Born in the Netherlands, moved to Wales when very young and has lived there ever since.
He's so "Dutch" that he's represented Great Britain and Wales consistently. He could have put on the Dutch vest as a teenager and represented them then, but strangely enough, that never happened.
I wonder why? Got any clues as to why, since you have all the answers?
